Enjoyed my stay here! One of the nicer and cleaner places I have stayed in Italy, in a budget price range so that was a welcome surprise. Easy check-in and kind staff that helped us store our luggage before we left for the airport. Great coffee and sitting area available downstairs. I will stay here the next time I am in Pisa. Thanks!

The hotel room we had didn't have a great view as the window were facing the courtyard, but this was probably the biggest plus for me, as it was extremely silent. There was no noise whatsoever during our journey. The bar on the ground floor had the best spritz I ever had and it's open 24 hours so whenever you need to drink or eat something, they're there. Quality/price is also very good both in the bar and the hotel. On the negative side, our shower had the "arm" broken so you couldn't just place the handle on it and have a shower, which was a bit annoying. Also there was no full size mirror to check your full outfit before going out. Wifi speed was one of the best I ever found in a hotel. Overall we really appreciated our stay.

Wonderful quiet place in a quaint setting. Walkable distance to the tower and restaurants. Room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

A lovely little hotel with a great coffee shop, frequented by locals. It is an old building so some amenities in the room may not be what some are looking for. But if you simply want a very comfortable, local experience, it is wonderful! We would stay there again.

Awesome place to stay! Super great location to shops, short walk to train station and Pisa tower. The staff were INCREDIBLE! Everyone is so friendly accommodating. Would most definitely come stay here again.

Terrific place.
very friendly and helpful staff on site. The room was super clean and big enough for 3 of us to stay overnight. The room we had was very quiet. The hotel location is very convenient to stores, restaurants and close to the sightseeing area. Great stay and would highly recommend this place.

The staff at this property was incredibly helpful, I cannot describe what a relief it was after a diverted flight and all the stress to organize an accomodation and trasport for the same night after midnight. Brilliant both the night and the morning shift. Hotel nocely located in a histoci buolding and area. Clean room and comfortable bed. I would absolutely stay there again!

The property is a lovely old building in a quiet area but still walking distance of the river and main shopping streets. 15 min walk to the tower. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The cafe at the entrance was very nice with very friendly staff. The room was clean but very basic. Bed, wardrobe, table, tv, one small flat pillow on the bed. No drinking glasses. The bathroom was clean but old and tired and the the whole toilet was loose at its base. It was 34 degrees c when we arrived and the aircon was working but not well, after 4 hours it stopped working, I told staff at reception and was told very apologetically that they knew and it was all the rooms and they had a new system fitted but it was faulty and were waiting for a new part! For 3 days /nights in 27 - 38 degree heat all we had was an electric fan on the wall and an open window ( with mosquitoes) to keep cool. At the time of booking it was stated that breakfast was include but I received an email for the hotel to say no food was being served at all but could buy breakfast form the cafe in the entrance. No refund was offered. But all in all Pisa was lovely and the hotel was advertised as 3 star and wasn’t expensive. I think if they get the air con sorted, start doing breakfast, had more pillows on the beds, gave the bathrooms a face lift I would give a higher score and would recommend to friends.

Very nice location close to everything. The hotel room was clean and basic. Although it could be nice with some pictures on the wall in the room and some more light in the bathroom :). But that were small things. All over you can´t complaint as the hotel is a 3* hotel. There is a café in the hotel, where it´s possible to buy cold and warm drinks, average bakery food, meal courses which the café can warm for you and ice cream. You can sit outside and enjoy these, but there is also a room inside with tables and chairs, where you can sit if needed. Note that the reception is staffed by the same persons as in the cafe. Sometimes it could seem a little chaotic, as the staff had to be in 2 places both handling cafe and hotel customers at the same time. But they were nice, polite and helpfull :) We will sure recommend the hotel to other travellers going to Pisa.
