The location of this B&B could not be bettered. however although our rooms of, we think, 4 in the premises, were spotless, the breakfast adequate, and the owner could not do more to help, including arranging a discount for residents with the local restaurant over which the accommodation is built,( and there are many such restaurants virtually adjoining), there are two important problems.
The first is the 48 stairs to reach the accommodation-and then possibly a spiral staircase to reach some rooms. Secondly although our room was large with an adjoining room for sitting, there were no drawers for storage, nor any shelves in the bathroom to put anything down.
Thus the accommodation is best for the fit and young, and only a very short stay, rather than us pensioners who nevertheless much enjoyed our 7 day stay.
