Hotel was of a good value for a one night stopover. Walking distance to both the station and the field of miracles. In a safe area that was suitable for a female solo traveller like myself. Room was small (the bathroom was tiny!) but was clean and had all the facilities needed. Breakfast was good. Note, they will not let you check in before the time stated, but luggage can be stored until the rooms are ready.
This is a lovely small hotel close to all attractions with charming and very helpful staff. Without asking we were upgraded to a junior suite. Angela on reception was charming and most helpful - a mine of information. Breakfast was plentiful and taken outside in the shade. The only negative is that in rooms on the street there is quite a lot of traffic noise.

This hotel was fine for our one night stay in Pisa, but nothing spectacular. The location was the best thing about the hotel - 5 minutes from the train station (which is good if you are arriving from another city), and 2 minutes to the bus stop for the airport. The room was small but comfortable enough with great air con. The room felt a little claustrophobic as there were shutters on the windows which couldn't be lifted. However by the the time we got back to the hotel after sightseeing and eating out in Pisa it didn't matter too much as it was dark anyway. The bathroom was nice and clean, although we did notice some damp mildew around the shower cubicle.
The hotel staff were friendly, but not forthcoming with advice/directions (ie we had to ask for a map and directions to the Leaning Tower).
Breakfast was included in the price which was good, although the selection was very limited.
The hotel was satisfactory for a one nights stay, although I wouldn't choose this hotel if I was staying in Pisa for any longer.
Great hotel for a night or two. Even though there was only one bathroom for 6 rooms, waiting never was an issue. They do not provide towels, but the beds were actually pretty comfy. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, but the staff is friendly and they'll make you whatever kind of coffee you want. This is a great value for the location.
If you're looking for a luxury hotel, you're not going to get it for this price. But this place is clean and well located and perfectly adequate. The staff doesn't speak very good English, which some people seem to be complaining about, but c'mon, you're traveling in a foreign country. Be a little bit more adventurous. You can get by with exaggerated hand gestures just fine- they are very friendly and try to be helpful.
Tucked away in the small side streets of Pisa this little complex of apartments is an ideal base to see Pisa, Florence and more. With a small walled garden which is nice an quiet this is a good spot for families with smaller children as they can play safe from harm. The apartment was well equipped with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine as well the usual plates, cups etc. Our apartment had two bedrooms, both en-suite.
There is no full time reception, the very pleasant, friendly and helpful manager meets you as you arrive and is then around during the morning and early afternoon. It wasn't problem for us and he provided his mobile number if we needed him.
The streets around are very small so you can't get very close by car but we didn't have one and just used the cheap trains to get around Tuscany! It can be a little noisy at night from the square around the corner but it didn't wake the kids.
Pisa is reasonably compact so you can walk to the main sights easily and there are plenty of great places to eat around.
We really enjoyed our stay which was very relaxed and we were lucky enough to be given a huge jar of home grown tomatoes which made it home and were absolutely delicious!!
"Nice guest house close to airport & train station"
Guest house itself is off a back-street, through a set of security gates used by several other houses / apartment buildings. From the outside it's not much to look at, but inside it is pleasant and clean. Check in was stated as 4:30 but as we were arriving at 1:30 we asked if we could drop off our bags and this was no problem. In fact the room was also ready for us at 1:30 too, but as we were going directly into town we didn't make use of it directly. Flavia (the host) provided us with maps, directions and advice on good local restaurants (avoiding the tourist areas) which we used and proved to be good choices - especially if you like seafood.
The room we had was spacious and clean, had a nice quiet air-conditioning unit in it and a pleasant bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable.
Breakfast was served from 07:30 to 10:30 and was a pretty comprehensive buffet style containing fruit, cakes (home made), cereals, juices, yoghurts and more. Much better than many business-class hotels I stay in.
