The location is very convenient because it is within Kenting National Park. Short drives get you to great hiking and star-gazing. You’re still close to beach as well.

I enjoyed my stay all the way until the end of my trip, when the staff rushed me at my checkout and caused me to drop my phone and break it. It was an unfortunate end of the entire trip. I would suggest their staff members to relax a bit when dealing with hotel guests and not get too eager or rushed, as it kills the relaxing mood.

Excellent staff, beautiful room and ground. Food was delicious and high quality. Very child friendly -outstanding play/toy room for small kids! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed at Deluxe Room, and the room is very nice. It's a great hotel for couples to spend quality time together. Dinner was good but it would be great if there would be more choices for breakfast. Overall very nice place to stay and would definitely come back!

Nice design hotel with beautiful view, great spot for breakfast. The hotel staffs seem not trained well to match the hotel (not very organized and professional). It takes sometime to reach hotel staffs by phone, cleaning staffs are pushing giant orange trolley and using guest elevator during the day time. Still a lovely hotel to be recommended!

地點幽靜舒適，但以此價位服務流程需再加強。預訂時是雙人房，現場卻給了雙床房，沒有事先聯繫客人的服務，感受不太佳。 套餐式早餐很豐盛，但是感覺的出來在用大量澱粉類節省成本空間。 但整體來說游泳池和房間都很不錯，非常放鬆，希望可以再精益求精。

Wonderful Resort Stay
This hotel, tucked away in the National Park of Kenting, is an absolute gem. The ocean-facing rooms are worth the extra money, as you get to wake up and enjoy a breathtaking view. Breakfast is also good, along with the activities the hotel provides.

The BEST place to stay in Kenting (and possibly within southern Taiwan). The resort is a little sanctuary, a peaceful oasis away from the busy Kenting night market. The hotel has beautiful and equipped rooms, a nice 25m swimming pool, and surrounded by nature. The spa and therapy rooms in the resort are also really beautiful with professional aroma therapists in house. If you like a peaceful and quiet stay away from the busy main street, this is your best choice. You will need a car to be able to get around easily. If you want to be close to the busy main street and beach, then it's more suitable to stay in a hotel that is near the main street.

Truly Relaxing Vacation Destination in Kenting
This is my 2nd stay at this property and there will be a 3rd coming up soon. The hardware is showing some signs of wear comparing to my first stay in 2017. However that does not diminish from the unbeatable location, warm & genuine service and just a overall laid back charm that this place oozes. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay another night.

Amazing location, inside National Park
Great place in an amazing, very natural setting. Bed & pillows (we tried all 3 pillow types they had) could have been a bit more comfortable, but our backs are quite sensitive. Only thing we really didn’t like was the fact that they changed extra for a Cappuccino for breakfast.

Happy to see that they have a children’s breakfast on offer this year. That’s something new and very welcomed! Our little boy loves the swimming pool and the big grass foreground to run and play in. It’s a wonderful place for a family trip. The staff and service remain impeccable, as every year that we have visited.

It's amazing

Wonderful hideaway on the hillside
We had a lovely stay at Gloria Manor! The location was perfect for a relaxing few days in the park... the staff were very friendly and professional, and looked after us very well! Beds were fantastic, and the breakfast delicious- especially the house made breads :) We’re both swimmers, so having the 25m pool at our disposal was a real plus! The service at Gloria Manor is top notch- we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ocean/mountain retreat
This hotel is tranquility defined with a wonderful welcoming staff (especially Claire!), nestled in green mountains with a gorgeous ocean view and easy access to Kenting National Park. The food is beautifully served on handmade pottery dishes in a comfortably elegant dining room. Opt for the outside tables at sunset to watch the sun fade into the ocean horizon. As an example of their outstanding customer service, we walked to the National Park and the hotel's shuttle driver, who was just driving by, spotted us paying for our tickets. He ran up to us to intercept and provide discount tickets, saving us some NT. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and at home. The outdoor yoga was also quite memorable.

Lovely surroundings and generous service
This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Kenting. They offer multiple kinds of shuttle services, and it is very easy to get where you want to go, such as the night market (drop off and pick up). The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small for two unrelated people in twin beds.
