The building was clean and beautiful but staff service was so so. Spa and Spa staff was great!

“Hotel room with Fantastic mountain view, but you have to pay for upgrade.”

The room they offered to us was not actually in the "Peach Hill" building. They us by trolly to another buliding 500 meters away in the middle of a busy street and shoed our room to us. We didn't like the location. Ended up paying extra money to upgrade the room and stay in the "Peach Hill" building. They said by this upgrade the breakfast will be included. At the check out time we realized they had charged us for their expensive breakfast too. What you see on internet is not what you get. However, the room we finally got was very good with a fantastic mountain view.

“@Peach - Peach Hill Resort Kata - great location and so cheap”

We stayed at the @Peach (Superior room) from 8 - 14 of November 2009. The @Peach is the new wing of the Peach Hill Resort Kata opened in January 2009. It's not a traditional Thai hotel - so don't expect any fancy Thai furniture - more a very modern business hotel as you find them all around the world. The room had a king size bed, LCD TV, a sofa and a small balcony. The bathroom doesn't have a bath tub but a very nice 2 person shower. The only draw back of the room is that the mattress is pretty hard and after a few nights your body might start hurting a bit. Other than that we loved the location. The @Peach is in the middle of Kata so you only have to step out of the hotel and you are in the middle of everything - shops, restaurants, bars, massage etc. The @Peach bar/restaurant has live music most nights and depending on where your room is located you might hear some of it in your room until midnight. We absolutely loved the pool. It had plenty of sun beds but was never crowded and the pool bar staff were always looking after us very well. All in total a great holiday location especially for the price they charge. It has to be one of the cheapest hotels in Kata for sure....

“Decent hotel”

A nice hotel overall. The location was good being in between Kata Beach and Karon Beach so you were able to go to both beaches easily. The walk to Kata beach is only two or three minutes, and there is also a hotel shuttle. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. They were able to organise excursions and taxis for us at good rates. The hotel has lots of different rooms and areas, being an amalgamation of different buildings, which was a little confusing, and to get from one to another there were rather steep steps - the hotel is set on a hill. Because of this a free shuttle ride is offered from the bottom of the hotel to the top. But it does mean you get a good choice of style of room. The rooms we stayed in had modern decor and were quite large so that was great. The shower was particularly nice! A drawback (or plus point if you like this sort of thing) is that there is a strip of girly bars close to the hotel, which we weren't expecting. You could still hear a little noise from these at 3 am, with girls hanging around on the corner sometimes. But if you're fast asleep by then you won't notice these. The hotel is at the northmost point of Kata beach, and the rest of Kata beach didn't seem to have this sort of thing, and neither did the southern part of Karon beach. So these areas probably had a bit of a 'cleaner' atmosphere. Having said that, there was a good selection of restaurants and tourist shops near the hotel.
