“Amazing hotel - will be back!”

We satyed at the hotel for eleven nights and have just returned. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel special - greated with cold towels and a drink. The room was fantastic ( we paid extra for a seaview room - well worth ir ) with really comforatble beds, clean bathroom and most importantly a good air con system! there are three swiiming pools, all very well kept and beds are spaced out nicely. The staff are amazing, were so kind and helpful, they really made our stay special.

“Hotel in huge and beautiful grounds”

Hotel situated in the middle of Karon beach area which is ideal to get out and about. Hotel in huge grounds, staff very friendly. Our room of good size and clean and tidy, we had deluxe room, only moan would be furniture bit dated and television old style box type, front door showing signs of wear hence parts of hotel could do with fresh refits. Breakfast is outstanding huge choice for all travellers. Recommend do the Sunday brunch at the hotel, huge buffet style with all sorts of foods, plus included bottle of wine. Hotel across the road from the beach which is beautiful and is quiet for even high season ie we got to beach at midday and still able to get lounge bed although you will have to pay 200 bht for 2 beds.

“Excellent resort, highly recommended!”

Stayed here for 4nights after a long tour of Malaysia,Singapore and Thailand(Bangkok). Just the perfect way to relax and wind down. We originally booked Sugar Palm Resort, from where we promptly checked out(!) after 1night and moved to the Hilton...proved to be a very good decision indeed. If you are after a high quality hotel resort in Phuket - something with that extra sense of quality and flare, my wife and I would not hesitate to recommend this place. The reason being that it has the wow factor - being a 4.5star (we thought it was easily good enough to be a 5star) resort, and immediatley de-stresses you...just the layout and setting of the resort is an experience! Management are customer friendly too...sort any problems very efficiently and reasonably too. This place takes you out of the hustle and bustle of Thailand (when you have had enough of it!) and gives you a place to really take it easy, or you can walk out of the hotel - straight back into the hustle and bustle when you feel like it. Many (dare I say most) other hotels in the area put you smack bang in the middle of all the noise and chaos...something that our original hotel (Sugar Palm Resort - which I wouldn`t class as a resort at all) did very well at. Without a doubt, the Hilton Arcadia gets a big 10 out of 10.

“Excellent hotel, delivered everything we expected.”

Excellent resort hotel all round for a relaxing holiday, highly recommended. The location (Karon beach) is quieter and more pleasant than the neighbouring bays such as Patong which was about 20/25 minutes taxi ride away. Excellent in-house themed restaurants and excellent breakfast. There are 3 pools and one has a diving board. Daily evening live entertainment in the coffee lounge provided. Nice gym, squash and tennis courts. The area is very good for scuba and snorkelling. We found that the standard of English spoken in Phuket was not as high as in Bangkok and found this was also the case at the Hilton but the usual Thai hospitality with warm smiling faces more than made up for the language issue.

“Review”

We've just returned from the Hilton - great hotel, huge yet peaceful and great service. The pools are fantastic and location is great. The only negative thing is that altough is was relatively reasonably priced to stay here, once here, the food and services inside the complex are very expensive compared to the rest of Phuket and Thailand in general, for example, around 2 pounds just for a can of Coke! The tip is, there is a local supermarket opposite the hotel that stocks things like this for a fraction of the price! Overall though, great facilities and I would come again.

“Shotest stay ever”

Room offered was entered from dingy outside corridor...furniture dated and way below standard expected.Poor level of cleanliness in bathroom...alternative room offered was equally below standard although did hear rooms in newer wings better ...Checked out shortly after
