“Highly Recommended - Nice and Quiet!”

We stayed in the pool suite with private pool and were extremely satisfied with our stay. Service was friendly and overall wonderful. The only downside for some people was the hotel is a 5min taxi ride from the main restaurant area however for us that was considered a bonus as it was very quiet during our stay. Highly recommended

“Look around, you will find better!”

The resort layout is very beautiful, although starting to show its age in places. The staff were very friendly but not very helpful at all. They told us to make our own tour bookings so they could charge the phone call to our room. They tried to cut costs everywhere to reusing bed sheets, to turning the turning aircon off while you are out so you return to a very hot room, and not using fresh fruit for cocktails!. The beds were also rock hard and springy. You just didnt get the service Thailand is famous for. We also stayed in a much nicer resort and it cost less then The Access and included B/F. Look around you will find somehwere nicer then this resort for the same or less money.

“The Access Resort And Spa”

We arrived late into this hotel after a long day of flying and shopping in Bangkok and were greeted with smiles and a lovely cool wet towel to wash the grit from our faces. Check in was obscenely simple and we started our stay with a swim and a cocktail at the swim up bar... where we stayed for pretty much the remainder of our trip (as for an Andaman Cooler from Mike the bar tender - they are to die for!). Rooms were excellently cleaned everyday. Room service was good and very quick (make sure you try the spring rolls with plum sauce - the best ever!). Taxi services to neighbouring beaches were readily available and very reasonably priced. The restaurant was good and quite cheap also. The included breakfast was adequate - although not quite as amazing as the rest of the resort facilities. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Wonderful hotel”

Although this hotel is new and was unreviewed when I booked I'm glad I did. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't be friendlier (remembered my name) and the hotel is beautiful. Only 10 mins walk to the beach and you'll see many things along the way. Definitely recommend staying here. Room service via boat was a nice touch.

“Amazing Access!!”

I have just returned from The Access, Phuket and i would highly recommend it to everyone thinking of visiting Phuket. Location of hotel from Patong (main town) is about 15mins drive in taxi and 10mins drive from Kata - it is pretty central to everything on the west side of the island. The beach is about 5mins drive or 10-15mins walking (NOTE - if considering walking to the beach daily it will be tiring, because of the heat the distance seems lots further, i ventured it twice and then ended up driving most days) We stayed in the "Green Rooms" and the size wasnt huge but fine for two people (couple). The big bed, tub and wadrobe space is all i needed to keep me happy :)Rooms are cleaned daily and overall cleaniness of hotel is spot on. Pools and staff were AMaZING and true highlight to hotel. Only downside i would say is the food in restaurant - not too great but not disgusting. The thai menu was fab but the european was left to be desired for if all you were wanting was a burger or salad for lunch for example. But then saying that, when your in Thailand you should venture out and eat everywhere but the hotel. Finally, if your going to Thailand - The Access hotel will accomodate all of your needs.

“Highly recommended for a good relaxing stay!! :)”

My partner and i stayed during March 09 for a week. I strongly recommend anyone who wants a nice quiet get away to come here. Our room was cleaned and we had 2 complimentary bottled waters for us everyday. I loved the access to the pool. The pool itself was clean, the water was clear as crystal! The bed however was abit on the hard side and we did find that at night there was a lot of mosquitoes. The location of the hotel was abit far from all the entertainment. Although they do offer free shuttle bus transfer from the hotel to the beach. Overall i strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was great and the hotel itself was beautful!

“not impressed”

My rom was quite and the way that every room has pool access was great.My room was not clean nor was the bathroom. My laundry was returned items missing. The massage was great but very expensive. Overall, I would not return.
