Wonderful and Exquisite experience

Posted 22-Apr-2014
Pros: Everything mentioned above
Cons: There were jelly fish in the sea during our stay, so we were warned by staff not to swim in the sea.
Location: Longboat daytrip to James Bond Isl. (Koh Tapu) + cave kyakk & lunch at Muslim floating town, then Monkey Temple. Also recommend hotel's sunset cruise
An outstanding facility with excellent amenities, a great pool, fantastic food (Breakfast is wonderful), lovely staff and everything just as it should be. We were there for three days and absolutely adored it.

Tranquility

Posted 10-Jul-2013
Pros: Great food and service
Cons: Limited options for activities outside the hotel.
Location: The hotel is about 90 minutes by car from Phuket airport, so is reasonably remote.
If it is peace and tranquility that you are looking for, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then the Sarojin is the ideal place for you. The staff are friendly and attentive to all your needs. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was very large and extremely well appointed. I would highly recommend the Sarojin to anyone looking for total relaxation.

Love it

Posted 23-May-2013
Pros: Nothing was too much trouble for the staff
Cons: Sometimes the service was a little slow but hey, Ive got all day...
Location: Just fantastic
The ratings of this hotel do not capture the feel of the place. It is very special and has its own soul. You cannot stay here though for a couple of nights. Give yourself the chance to make sure you can fully endulge with minimum 4 night stay.

Its worth every cent

Posted 10-May-2013
Pros: the staff and exceptional service, breakfast (the banana bread), complimentary katamaran use, we always felt like VIP's
Location: Tucked away but not too far from town (about 10-15mins) but they have a shuttle bus for a fee, we hired a scooter and loved it. Beach and jungle WOW!
The Sarojin was an incredible place to spend our honeymoon. It was our own slice of paradise. The service was above and beyond exceptional. And all the little extras like complementary watermelon by the pool or beach, our beds being turned down after a day out made you feel really special its like they had thought about everything and dont get me started on the complementary breakfast... It was out of this world the freshly baked banana bread is a must One of the things the manager said at a complinentary coctails night was there are no VIP's here because everyone is, you only choose the room you wish to stay in. We really felt like VIP's with the welcoming staff who you got to know over the stay I cant rave about this resort enough! We would go back in the blink of an eye

Phenomenal! Seriously over priced spa services for Thailand but, The Sarojin still remains one of the very best properties that I have ever stayed in. The staff are truly superb, the food is wonderful and the grounds are just stunning!

Perfect Honeymoon!!!

Posted 09-Oct-2012
Pros: Everything
Cons: A little far from town.
Location: Awesome
The Managment and staff were so womderful and everything was perfect. The hotel property is enchanting and beautiful. There were grounds keepers hand trimming the differamt plants and raking up any leaves that had fallen from the previous night everyday. The pool area was large, clean, relaxing, and beautiful with people taking drink and food orders. The beach area was also wonderful and had a security gaurd watching the hotels beach area. The water was pretty, warm, with little to no surf. The beach was clean and di not have sighns of trash like many beeches in Thailand. We never saw a single person walking the beech trying to sell anything wich was a wonderful surprise. The room was large and private and was better then I thought it was going to be. The house keeping staff did a wonderful job everyday. The TV's were nice, DVD players with DVD's to check out at no extra charge. It was my honeymoon and my wife and I both loved every minute. The food was awesome and the presentation of the food wasalways excelent. There was food choices from many cultures available to order. The Thai food was some of the best I have ever had... I would highly recomemd this place.

Great break in a quiet haven

Posted 23-Sep-2011
My husband and I recently stayed for 4 nights at the end of August and found this hotel to provide a perfect break. We stayed in a superior suite which is really like a small villa with huge living area ,balcony and outdoor tub. Breakfast included in our tariff was served in the hotel's beachfront restaurant The Edge from an a la carte menu and beautifully presented. This was while renovations were completed to the usual breakfast area. The grounds are landscaped with an impressive pool. We didnt use the pool as we had about 10 km of fairly deserted beach just 400 metres away and the water was about 25 degrees and very inviting. Umbrellas ,towels and water all readily supplied. It was the wet season and we were lucky enough to have very little trouble with the weather and managed to have great day trips fishing and travelling to some of the islands, the elephant trek and bamboo rafting. The nearby town was quieter than usual because all the dive centres are closed at that time of year till November so not the time of year to go if you want to go to the islands to dive and snorkel. There were still plenty of local restaurants open which we travelled to using the hotel's subsidised shuttle service. The staff were delightful and helpful at all times . This is a quiet and beautiful area of Thailand, not party central which you can find at the Phuket beaches two hours away .Good idea to combine a bit of both which is what we did.
