Wonderful hotel with a lot of issues. I’ve stayed 2 nights in the Beachfront pool villa. And the room and the view are beautiful, pool is nice and spacious, breakfast was good and cocktails were surprisingly great as well, staff was nice too. But: - the worse issue for me was terrible internet, it’s on and off, the speed is slow often, please fix it - light switches are not reliable and hard to use; scales in the room didn’t work, phone didn’t seem to work properly too, eveything is a bit dated - a lot of small things Still a great hotel, I would stay again assuming the internet will get better.

My wife and I travelled to Thailand for the first time in Sept and finished our holiday at Casa de la Flora. We didn't know what to expect but were taken aback by the beauty and modern design of the hotel and most of all the personalised customer service from the staff. The welcome we received at near midnight from Olaf and his team was so warm and friendly. The rooms or capsule like hubs are fantastic. Personalised to your preferred room scent available from the hotels selection to even the smart tv console. Each villa has it's own level of privacy and small pool which is great particularly if you fancy a dip late at night. Outside of this is a huge main pool with a gorgeous infinity view of the ocean horizon. The spa is also fantastic. Location wise, the place is great. 5-10 mins walk away is a local town with a wide variety of very tasty eating options, salons, massage centres and activity tour offices. The hotel itself offers personal day trips or group tours depending on your preference. We lucked out with a trip to Khao Sok national park and Chiew lake which was fairly empty at that time of year and had a beautiful cruise in the sun. We even cycled to a nearby waterfall on the team's recommendation that was worth every ounce of sweat in the hot heat! In essence, the hotel was A-mazing and what added the icing for us was the warmth and kindness from the team - Olaf, Poppy and others to name just a few. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great hotel, we liked our little villa on the waterfront and the pool. Spa and pool area are nice, nice little restaurant with good breakfast and the staff is so attentive and polite. It's important to note that the high tide causes the whole room to shake (not sure why) but I was scared on our first night, no one explained that in advance and I'm not sure they would understand if we asked since their English was good enough to communicate but basic.

Great place to stay to rejuvenate ourselves... Relax and laid back... staying at beachfront is the right choice.. friendly staffs. Awesome breakfast menu.. Overall experience was great, it would have been greater if they allow us to late check out at 4pm since it’s the low season now.

Amazing! Took a little bit of time to get checked in (we booked a few hours before we arrived so they were not initially aware of our reservation) but very friendly staff! We were greeted with a coconut drink and cold towel. We were upgraded to a better room - gorgeous! The plunge pool is small but still got the job done and was nice for being private. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - all inclusive, unlimited, a la carte with creative options. I had the spanakopita Benedict. Yum! Lots of fresh fruit juice options and delicious coffee as well.

Memorable Holiday at Casa De La Flora
The service is beyond my expectation. The reservation team notice that I’m pregnant, they carefully look after me. They informed that they will serve water instead of their normal welcome drink which is coconut that is not suitable for pregnant people. F&B service is superb, one of them told the chef to cook well done meat as he saw I’m pregnant. Overall, it was one of my memorable stay. Casa De La Flora is truly luxury 5 stars hotel.

Modern Boutique Hotel in Khao Lak
Staying outside the busy hub of Phuket was a good decision, and Casa de la Flora was a beautiful small hotel. The rooms are lovely, and we enjoyed the pool. (the bath is like a mini pool in the room too, but took a while to fill) The sea is warm and mostly good for swimming in the afternoon since the tide wall means no beach in the mornings. Good breakfasts and food, and a small town is a short walk right outside the hotel. Enjoyed the spa too. Thanks for a great stay.

Modern hotel with 5 star services
We've an enjoyable stays at the pretty modern hotel which located near the beach. The surrounding of the hotel is noise free which gives us the relaxing & calm environment that we wanted. 5 stars services we received throughout our stays and various of choices for breakfast.

A friendly, clean and quiet hotel
Although the hotel area is small, the room is private, quiet and clean. Polite staff members greet you whenever they meet you. The choice of breakfast menu is wide. The bed is too soft for us. Only upon leaving that we knew they could switch it to a firmer bed. If I raised the bed issue earlier and have it switched, it would be perfect.

amazing design, very exclusive, great service!
The interior design was awesome, not very kid friendly, but the design was beautiful. They didn't have any baby cotts, so we had to use the sofa mattress downstairs to pass upstairs next to our bed. The bathroom is super comfortable, everything else was perfect.

Luxury hotel by the beach
Hotel staff allow us late check out till 3pm due to our airport transfer pick up by 4pm. We use the airport transfer from the hotel but unfortunately when return that time the transport wifi is out of function.

Excellent luxury resort and more!
My girlfriend and i stayed in the Beachfront Pool Villa and it was exactly what you see in the photos which is quite rare these days! Therefore, no surprises as your expectations will be fulfilled and more. The grounds, amenities and staff/service are what you would expect to receive from a 5 start resort. Apart from the resort the location is also perfect, you are only about 5-10 min walk to where the more busier street begins where the night life picks up with a greater variety of bars and restaurants. There have only been a few resorts, hotels and boutique hotels that I would refer and Casa De La Flora is most certainly going to be one of them!

Truly amazing
Wow, where do I start with this hotel. It was truly amazing. We had our doubts about the location before we left but were not disappointed. This hotel is fantastic. All staff were amazing. They could not do enough for you. Always went out their way to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We booked a duplex suite with pool and were very happy with the room allocated. The restaurant food was amazing, as were the cocktails. Be sure to have a treatment at the spa too as it is so relaxing. Book this and you will not be disappointed!

great for couple
1st time staying at Casa de La Flora with my gf, staffs was very friendly n helpful in every way. The room was great, love the bed n pillows, and the huge bathtub, that is really something. The beach, is a little sad, cant really, litter with rubbish n debris. We just hang out in our private pool n swim in the main pool. Cant swim in the sea anyway, too windy n choppy. The restaurant we had our breakfast, service was good in a way, food was just above par. Hotel should consider providing some form of transportation at least to main road (Bang Niang market taxi point), this is due to poorly lit street outside the hotel road & during the day it can be quite dusty due to the cars n bikes using the road. Overall i would say our stay was great but not awesome.

Fantastic Room
I stayed in the duplex garden room. Though it's the cheapest room type, it includes a private jacuzzi and a big bath tub. I especially like the Than products provided, as they are of high quality. The room is very clean and spacious, feeling comfortable. There is one thing my hubby and I do not enjoy is there is only one restaurant in the resort. The food is expensive but the quality is not aligned with the cost we pay. View of the pool is stunning but the size is too small for a resort. However, we are satisfied with our stay at a whole

Beautiful hotel !
Really wonderful hotel with excellent service and food. Only downside is lack of beach. True, there is a little bit to walk on at low tide but other hotels have a much bigger beach. The wall protecting the resort from the waves is also quite ugly. Great cocktails, peaceful, very stylish and nice surrounding area

High privacy but poor weather during low season
Everything is great in the resort. However, not recommend visit during low season. It keeps raining all days and the wave is too strong so not able to access the beach. Seafood restaurants nearby are all closed in this season. Anyway, quality of the hotel is good, it would be perfect if visiting in the dry season.

Service needs improvement
It was a great design hotel in terms of the hardware.. very nicely designed with interesting spaces; great in-room amenties provisions with apple tv, in-room computer, awesome bath products, complimentary mini bar with great selection of drinks; in terms of location - very remotely located but exactly what we were looking for, with rather low capacity which gives us a perfectly quiet vacation. However, the software do require quite an improvement, i.e. service in general, language skills, maintenance of the rooms. We appreciate some front of house servicing from the hotel reception and the restaurant servers, however the back-of-house services may not be up to a good hotel standard, i.e. basic english standard of those who help with maintaining the room amenties, day to day in-room cleanliness, unsatisfactory late night emergency help.

Casa De La Flora
The hotel was wonderful and the staff were lovely. There was only one other couple staying as it was the low season so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The hotel's restaurant "Ingfah" was excellent and even though it was not the cheapest option in the area we went three times during our stay. The room we were in was lovely and kept very clean during our stay. We would also highly recommend a trip to Stella De Silva which is owned by the resort where you can do an array of activities and enjoy massages, all with free transfers. Whilst there were a few minor incidences during our stay they were quickly rectified and I am more than happy to deal with this when the staff were so nice and accomodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other couples however it would not be suited so much for families.

Really really fantastic!
My partner and I stayed at Casa de la Flora from 2 - 6 March 2012 and without doubt, it was one of the best holiday experiences we have had! The accommodation is fantastic, the staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating and I can't stop telling everyone how great it was! We stayed in a pool villa on the beach and it was fantastic, but having now stayed there, I would be just as happy with a mainstream room as the main (infinity# pool is fabulous. The accessability of Apple products is great if you like that kind of stuff and there are books to borrow and lots of nothing to do if you would prefer that #as we did#! Casa de la Flora is a high end boutique hotel and you don't need to leave. It is very much geared towards anyone wanting to relax in luxury, and I wouldn't recommend it for children. Khaolak is a very quiet town and while there are plenty of restaurants / bars to go to, it is a world away from the dizzy life of Patong and you should not expect that experience. A particular highlight for us at Casa de la Flora was a private suprise dinner for my partner's birthday, which we had by the main pool. I can't speak highly enough of the service or the food #amazing!), but most particularly of the effort of the staff to make it special for us. This kind of service is not something you get in a bigger resort and it definitely made our holiday. I can't speak highly enough of the Casa de la Flora experience and we can only hope to be able to stay there again!

Probably the best hotel in Thailand! 6 Starts
Casa de la flora is a wonderful place to rest. This design Hotel opened very recently and has an excellent location in Khao Lak. The villas are impressive, especially the Beachview, fully equipped (2 Lcd’s, Apple Mini, Wi-Fi, Ipod Columns …) with private poll (with Jacuzzi). The beach is very private and the view from bedroom is perfect. The staff is very friendly and always helpful (reception team, cleaning and especially the restaurant team). The Hotel has a Dream Maker to help us enjoy even more our experience in the Hotel. During the rainy days, he organized several activities for the guests. Our stay in Casa de la Flora was magnificent and I can only recomend it.

Tolles Ressort. Etwas ab vom Schuss was im Falle von Koah Lak gut ist. Und wenn man mag ist man in 10 min in der Hauptstraße mit Restaurants ( dem was nach der Pandemie) übrig geblieben ist. Front Beach Bungalow top. Allerdings kein schöner Meer zugang.. ist alles oben angelegt…
