Was more rooms, first room was old, paint pealing from walls, furniture has seen better days. Truly not a room any guest to stay in. Second room was renovated, nice room, modern and clean.

This property has limited food variety for vegetarians. No consideration for diabetics, asked for sugar free and were blindly refused as they don’t know nothing. Upon check out, they checked the room for any damages, but found one tea spoon missing 😤 They tried to charge but after haggling with the staff at reception he eventually agreed. You are only allowed two tea bags or coffee a day, strange. Better take your own with you if you book this hotel.

If you’re looking for a clean basic hotel, this is a great option. The pool bar guys were lovely. The reception was polite. I wasn’t wow-ed by the experience, nor was I upset by it. It’s a place to stay with decent drinks and a pool. The breakfast was average - no egg station. We ended up eating outside of the hotel.

In the heart of town which means noise throughout the night. If it's Convenience you are looking for, this place is. If you want quiet while you sleep, you may be unhappy. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options.

I really did enjoy staying there after my topdeck trip ended. The housekeeper made a towel elephant (which was too cute to disable) along with the frangapani flowers scattered at various points in the room were a lovely, unexpected & thoughtful touch.

Great stay, get a pool room, it’s half the price of most hotels in the area. Pool is quiet so you will enjoy the quiet. Off the main road. Breakfast is good with omelets and full Thai food choices. Lots of bread of fruit.

Andakira is in a Great position for cheap food options. Short walk to nightlife of Bangla Rd. In case survey doesn’t ask I did not get room option offered on Wotif : deluxe triple with double and two twin bed option. Such option does not exist. 3 men put in 1 double and 1 single bed room although I had emailed hotel twice about this After booking many months before trip and they said they would try and accommodate request

I had a very bad experience while staying at Andakira hotel. The hotel charged me for a whiskey bottle kept in the room which was already opened and kept in the room. I informed the hotel but they didn't change the bottle and in the end charged me for a bottle which was seal broken before my check in. Please do check the mini bar facilities and make sure the hotel change it. Otherwise they will charge you. I stayed 5 days at Andakira hotel. The buffet spread is all the same. You will get bored of the same menu. House keeping facilities are very bad. You may need to call them 3 or 4 times for your room to get cleaned. Swimming pool is also not good as expected. Beach is not near to the hotel - almost 1.5km far. Google map shows the distance to hotel is 26km but the real distance is more than 40km.

Truly did not like this hotel, honestly constant loud noises of HUGE bangs from staff moving things around and people in the foyer drunk and laughing and yelling at 2am, made me so mad and so unsafe! As anyone from the public can literally walk into the hotel and onto any level of floor! They don’t have any security for the stairs or elevators! The bathroom has the worst dark orange light bulb and No windows, it became so hot and humid in the bathroom. The patios/balcony for the rooms are very grimy and unclean... the tables are a cheap plastic and have stains on them.. just made our stay very uncomfortable! The pool, do not be fooled.. it’s SO small!! the photos on the website make it look a decent size but it’s tiny! And looks onto a wall of another hotel building that’s really sad looking... Overall I would never stay here again, not worth the money at all.. the staff NEVER smiled or looked like they wanted to help us, just not worth the money! And just so unsafe... no sense of security and the noise was insanely ridiculous! Just never experienced that before and I have been to Phuket 3 times before at different hotels, which were so lovely!!!!

Enjoyed our time but Patong wasn’t for us
staff were really nice. We always are respectful and polite and we got that back in good supply. The area wasn’t for us which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast was great. Beds were very firm and did unfortunately affect our sleep. Good value as we had interconnected rooms Fellow guests were respectful and good calibre

The Andakira hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and all Patong has to offer. They were doing a bit of construction, but it didn’t really effect my stay. Breakfast every morning was a delight, and the staff was very helpful and nice.
