It’s affordable but the standard room with no windows is so so… either you freeze in the room to get the humidity under control or suffer… Location is great…near to everything you need - just a tad noisy day and night.

Centrally located. Perfect place to rest your head in the middle of all the action of Bangla Rd. Not a 5 star resort but they do not advertise themselves as that. Would stay again as staff was friendly and very helpful.

The property staff were always on hand and helpful , the restaurants had a great range of food and was very well priced , swimming pool area was excellent the gym was a great size with everything on offer.

I think the score of 3 stars some this review up. Location and cleanliness top notch. Having said that, the hotel is next to a motorbike parking area which is open 24hrs, so all night you hear the 50cc scooters over and over again. The parking gets full and holds up to 200 scooters so imagine I slept with earplugs in!!! The staff were excellent and professional at all times, I do think the bar and restaurant are overly expensive, this is not to say they the food isn't worthy of the price, it's just that you are in abundance of cheaper places in its proximity. I think they need to bring them down a tad, specially the local beer. Overall, you can't grumble. It's does exactly what you pay for!!!

What a surprise, old property but it makes up in style and staff. When I first walked in i was not sure about it and Ann at front desk was so nice and helped get it right. The best surprise was in the dining area very clean and food was really good. Very big menu. Was great for me i meet Smile and Monica every time I ate and felt like VIP. The one thing is watch what room you get. No elevator so walked 3 floors everytime, but great size room and very good housekeeping. The location is great 1 minute away from everything. The was very nice good for hotel and really clean. All the guests were so happy and from everywhere. The reason is the staff is the best. I am truly surprised how much I enjoyed staying there and would do again, but lower floor. I hope the manager recognize Ann, Smile and Monica. what

Excellent value at this hotel . From the management down to the frontline employees throughout the property, it is a pleasure to use this hotel as a base in Patong. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times & will continue to give them my business when I visit this part of Thailand.

The hotel is what you would expect maybe a little better for $15. That being said, the location is probably the best if you want to experience Bangla walking street! You are right there in the hart of the action! And it’s only a block from the beach! I only stayed there one night. Only because I’m not a partying type of guy!

Good choice
All staff are amazing and go out of their way to help in any way they can. Food is pretty good, no breakfast available but at least 4 other restaurants within 1 minute walk. Parking for a motorbike can get a bit restricted particularly late afternoon / evening but generally you can easily get a spot within about 50m.

Unhelpful staff. Not very clean.
The room was not very clean. They did not provide a water heater or morning coffee. I asked how to get places. They would ALWAYS try to get you to pay THEIR driver, even if the place was very close and easy to get to. Do NOT go to this place. It is BAD.

The Yorkshire is my go to hotel in Patong.. It is clean, safe and centrally located to all the action.. The entire staff are all so professional, courteous, and friendly. Especially Sah and Toi in the restaurant and Whansnit in housekeeping.. Thanks again and I will see you all very soon..

Great Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable A/C Rooms. Nice Swimming Pool and surrounding bar area. I enjoyed a relaxing few days here, eating, drinking and using the facilities and I can honestly say I can't fault the place.

It has a beautiful pool with restaurant hidden in the back of the hotel, Alsso a full gym located upstairs overlooking the pool. The rooms are all updated with comfortable beds an nice towels. The restaurant has some of the best Thai dishes as well as a full English breakfast with banger sausages.

Good Value, Good Stay.
Excellent value for money hotel. Great location, being very close to Bangla Road and Jung Celyon shopping complex. In fact you are not far from everything in Patong. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even the boss puts in a cheery appearance every now and again. The food is good and the beers are cold. Pool area is nice and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and have no hesitation to recommend this establishment.

The friendliness of the staff is overwhelming the place is super clean the restaurant sells the best food in patong no question. The swimming pool is small but adequate and the gym one of patong best incl steam and sauna.we stayed in the dalesman suite which was gorgeous and then we moved to a standard room and once again more than we could have hoped for.Most of us have had the pleasure of staying in 4 or 5 star hotels but the yorkshire is so much more than that due to its personal touch something money cant buy
