“Great escape”

A lovely resort spoilt by a few flaws but would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to relax. Little things like the condition of the outdoor furniture and cushions, in our unit, let down what is a great place to just unwind. The staff were very nice although a better understanding of English (at least what is on the menu's) would be helpful. The overall condition of the resort was excellent and it was a very relaxing time particularly in the evenings with the entertainment around the main pool area during dinner.

“Definitely Coming Back”

Amazing quiet resort in picturesque Rawai. Away from the chaos of Patong, but still close enough to take a taxi or hire a scooter there at your leisure. The staff were polite and helpful to extremes. My only qualm was a private party that was scheduled for Thursday night, canceling the weekly Aquaterra event, that played quite loud music and took over the pool, bar and restaurant areas. The music was loud, but a quick phone call to reception resulted in it being turned down to a more reasonable level straight away. A perfect place to relax, be pampered and order some room service after a busy day jetskiing, paraseiling and elephant trekking in the busier (and noisier) neighbourhoods. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

“The Best of Phuket”

On arrival I was was upgraded to a suite, which was really nice. The staff there are great. Very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. It was definitely the best hotel I stayed in while I was in Thailand (I stayed at 4 different resorts). I especially loved the balcony. The pool and beach area is a great hang out spot. This resort was my favorite thing is Phuket.

“LOVED IT, WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE”

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly as described and the hotel staff were there every step of the way to make sure your stay is perfect. We were treated like royalty, from the golf cart that would drive us to our room from the reception area, to the buffet breakfast a la carte which gets cooked while you wait. It was lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will be staying here again when we go back. We were happy with everything. The spa treatments were more expensive than other places, but the amount of service and attention that was given was lovely. The pool was stunning, large and spacious. The beach would not be for swimming in the morning but during the afternoon the tide was in and it was nice, although we chose to swim in the pool rather than the beach. The hotel is about a 15-20minute drive from Patong, but it was nice to come back to the quiet of Chalong Bay where you dont get hassled as much. Theres a 7-11 across the road and a laundry place, and about a 15min walk up the road there is a shopping centre with numerous restaurants and a supermarket.

“DON'T STAY THERE IF YOU WANT TO SEE PHUKET”

The hotel is located in a very remote and run down location. There is no transportation what so ever. Only private cars with drivers without meters or any regulation. The nearest point of interest is about 10 min by car and batong beach is more than 35 minutes away. No restaurants are nearby AT ALL. Unless guests are planing to spend the WHOLE time in the hotel, there in NOTHING to see near or in a walking distance. I STRONGLY recommend NOT to stay there ! For the money, you can find much better hotel in terms of service and location.

“Relaxing getaway in Phuket”

the hotel has everything you could want - fitness center, great food, convenience, pool, roof top lounges, spa, bikes and sea kayaks and will arrange anything you need or want. the staff was extremely attentive and friendly and the hotel was a wonderful place to relax, and we often stayed at the grounds. we had a fantastic time and would recommend it. the only drawback was the beach - there is water, but very shallow and not much sand. however the pool area faces the ocean and was a perfect place to lounge. overall we had a great time!

“Great Hotel”

Great Hotel but in a quiet area. We rented a moped for the week and used this to get around on - would recommend to anyone this way. If you need to get to many places then you're going to need a taxi otherwise - this can be expensive The hotel itself is superb, breakfast is first class, good internet access, pool is wonderful. Good local restaurants nearby but don't expect any glitz when you leave the resort. We took a Kaiak over to the Island opposite one day, good experience but take care to take plenty of sun screen! Pool is wonderful, great big day beds everywhere Overall great holiday...

“Great value for money”

We booked in with an Expedia special and were very happy with the hotel considering the rate. The service and conditions were excellent and staff happy and helpful. It is not very close to the swimming beaches however the setting and view are beautiful. It was easy and reasonable to get around to nearby beaches by taxi but if we went back we would probably look at hiring a car for the stay or we would stay close to Nai Harn or Karon Beach.

“Great Phuket hotel for couples”

the hotel was fabulous, from the decor to the staff service, the value for money was excellent. the room was perfect. the only negative thing I have is that the website exaggerates how close the hotel is to other parts of Phuket, meaning longer and more expensive taxi rides than anticipated. given its rather remote location it would also be beneficial to have some slightly cheaper options for food/drink poolside, the prices are rather high given that you have to eat there multiple times, and the menu rather small so if you stay at the hotel on a 10 day stay you grow tired of the choices. overall, great value for money.
