I first booked Chandler Metro for 2 nights, it was dirty, dirty and toilet was moving, I cancelled the 2nd night moved to Hyatt Place and it was wonderful, super clean staffs are super nice and friendly, will definitely come back.

The room set up was big & quite nice. Plenty of space to work, two big TV's that you can plug your phone into. The bed was THE most comfortable I've ever slept in! Staff wasn't the best & they don't have coffee out past 9am which is lame!

I left my cap at the hotel, but I called the next day and got a call saying the cap was found. The cap was safely delivered by courier, and the hotel staff and manager were very friendly. I was satisfied with this hotel, and I highly recommend it. I am also satisfied with the facilities and entire service. Go to this hotel when you visit to phoenix!!!

This hotel was comfortable, very clean, spacious. There was no skimping, even the tvs were 55 plus in size. Breakfast was hot, as well as coffee. Will return there again on next trip to AZ.

I didnt like that there was no microwave in any of rooms. Maybe incorporate a kitchen, bcuzz we needed that on this trip is a kitchen. OR at least a microwave.

Very nice suite...place to sit and relax. Room was quiet despite being close to the elevator & lobby. Actual glasses (not plastic-wrapped) provided. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink (not a big issue in AZ); however, the shower was hot.

Good for a couple of nights
Was nice to be by mall to shop, eat an walk. Reported toliet was running, an air conditioner made a lot of noise. Pool an jacuzzi were not warm.
