We stayed here for 2 nights while at spring training. The property was okay but the late check in through a glass window had us worried that it wasn’t a safe neighborhood. Everything worked out fine.

The room was comfortable and clean. The continent breakfast was very nice and the manager was very attentive. The area around the property is not the best, but the manager kept it away from the guests.

Easy to get to easy to find it was clean sufficient for what I needed I would not bring a family there because the area itself is a little sketchy my car everything was safe no problem. Do a good job on keeping it clean . Great staff

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check-in about 2 hours early. The neighbourhood was the only thing where "full marks" were not given, and this was because there were a number of homeless folks that had encampments less than a block away.

Call ahead to make sure all amenities work
I had booked this hotel, 2 rooms, because of the hot tub and breakfast. The breakfast was good, but the pool and hot tub were broken so that was a little disappointing.

The owner Minesh and his son made this a most pleasant stay. They went above and beyond. Took us to chase field when Uber canceled our ride to the concert without warning. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Not 100% clean but comfortable
Overall the room was clean. The bedding had some dirty stains on the pillowcases and some loose hairs on the sheets. Location was quiet but hard to find due to bushes by the street sign. Staff was really nice.

Not very happy with the hotel stay
The beds were hard and stained the coffee maker had coffee grounds inside the water department the bathtub was not handicap I asked for handicap room handicap accessibility it was neither it was just on ground floor needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel anymore and instead of a regular trash bag in the garbage they had a Walmart trash bag showing how their service they provide is very cheap the hotel room door sticks had to shoulder check it for it to open the door to the room. The main entrance door had to be pulled really hard to get it to open and I had to ring the bell on the counter to get any service cuz nobody was available and that was at 3:05 p.m. which check-in times are 3:00 p.m. even though hotels.com website States check-ins at 2:00 they will not let us check in until 3:00 that is what their policies there says and the refrigerator did not keep things as cold as a refrigerator should and the air conditioner barely worked needless to say somebody needs to visit this hotel chain on undercover Boss

Manager and staff were very professional, friendly, curtious, and accommidating to our needs. They were constantly on the go, cleaning and working. We were very impressed at how comfortably, quiet the are was. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely like to book again in the future.

Great stay
Outstanding service for a hotel on the cheaper side. Multiple times during my stay back in April, the guy who ran the front desk (owner I’m guessing) went above & beyond to make accommodations for me; needing hangars, an ironing board, refilling the breakfast. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch but great value for the price. If you plan on being out & about for most of your trip, it’s a great budget pick. Clean and had all the basics I needed.

i've stayed at this property twice and the staff is amazing always checking me in early after a long drive. the staff is nice and understanding that one is tired from a long trip and they get you in your room asap. the only thing i would say was wrong with this place there location, there a lot of people who live on the street. but ive never had a problem with them . in all i would stay here again because of the great hospitality.

Spotlessly clean and recently remodeling rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. I arrived very early and staff checked me in. I somehow forgot my c cable fo charge my phone and front desk lent me one and insisted i keep it till i no longer needed it. Close to airport snd talking stick amphitheater. Nice pool.

Arriving at 9:30 PM, Could not see the sign on the building. It was not lit. All parking spaces were sized for compact cars. Guests with full size vehicles did not have room, and getting into and out of vehicle was difficult. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
