“Everything you need!”
This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed at. The location was great-close to many ballparks, shopping, grocery stores and just about any restaurant you could imagine. It was also right off of I-10, which was extremely convenient. An easy drive from PHX airport. Nice, safe area. Rooms themselves had just about everything you needed, and were very comfortable and clean. The only thing we found odd was that there was no mirror outside of the bathroom,which made it difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time (we simply got a cheap full-length one from the Target up the road). Not all rooms have ovens, as we had previously thought, so check if that is important to you. The hotel loans out items such as blenders, Wii game consoles, board games, spice kits for cooking, and other convenience items. Breakfast is nice (and free!), and the pool area was quiet and clean. There is even an outdoor barbecue for guests to use! One major downside was the seriously SLOW internet in the lobby at the hotel computers. It was slower than dial-up! I was told, however, that they were working on getting more bandwidth so that it would be faster. Other than a few minor things, it was a great hotel-I will definitely be back!

The staff was excellent. Nice lounge area. Kitchen was very clean; bath was very large. Easy access to I-10, movies, restaurants, grocery store, and ballpark. Definitely plan to return next year.
“Great facility, close to the city.”
This Marriott hotel was a great place to stay with my wife and preschool son. The facilities are clean and neat, and the kitchenette and free breakfast made most of our meals while staying cheap and easy. The pool was clean, although not terribly deep (5 feet max). The hot tub was a very nice touch for relaxation. It is a little bit of a drive to Phoenix itself, but also isn't bound to the crowds or potential noise from the city. Activities at the nearby Estrella Mountain Regional Park are convenient, as well as being able to access Glendale without going through downtown.
“Great newer hotel”
We stayed at the TownePlace Suites for the Nascar weekend. We also went to the hockey game in Glendale and played a couple of rounds of golf, all in the Goodyear area. Very convenient location being one block to Hwy #10. Newer property with excellent smiling staff every day. Very good feeling staying here for sure.

Wonderful place to stay! Feels like brand new, room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable! Very clean hotel and a great mini breakfast too! Location is right off the highway, and easy access in and out. Pool was quaint, nothing spectacular, but it worked for that 110 day! Absolutely nothing I can say bad about this place, I'll be back and stay there again in January for my next visit!
“Great hotel - staff - definitely another stay”
The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable,and highly funtionable. Individual thermostats for air conditioning, full kitchen, and Internet. The lobby has a small convience items to purchase, coffee & ice water, a fitness room which even an outdoor runner will appreciate. There is even a local street map -mural size on the wall which displays places to eat, construction, plus other sites easy to read and follow.
