“Love the bed”

Awesome service and beautiful property. Woke up without a backache for the first time in months, I wanted to bring the bed HOME! Had Thanksgiving dinner in the restuarant and they couldn't have been nicer! Ate dinner the night before there too. Service is great, food is fine but not great. Pool, spa and exercise room were great too.

Area recommendations

Downtown isn't great family fun, will stay somewhere else next time I bring family.

“Sheraton Phoenix”

I was greeted promptly and warmly by the hotel staff. I didn't use many of the services offered, but any contact with the staff was pleasant. Rooms are nicely appointed and newer than some of the other hotels, but smaller.

“Outstanding service”

Most helpful staff and very friendly people working throughout this hotel. Very clean and crowds were dealt with in a very efficient manner. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Perfect for my business trip”

Everyone was very courteous a helpful. My room was very comfortable and the staff was superb. The restaurant's food was great and the wait-staff and bartender were very attentive. As a female that travels alone for work, I felt very safe and taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
