Cool setup for the rooms basically looking like apartments, overall the area was kept nice and parking is easy. The room itself, while over all nice and clean in some areas, were lacking in others. The bathroom still had remnants of hair and such littered throughout and stuff wasn’t always scrubbed or wiped down. Some small bugs did fly out of the bathroom vent at one point, so a bit wonky with the duct work but it wasn’t enough to deter the stay. Staff was great, friendly and precise.

Rooms are easily accessible to the public from parking lot. Unfortunately someone was able to drive in, looking for someone in early morning and caused ms for disruption knocking on doors, yelling, and banging on windows to my room. Felt very unsafe.

The customer service was exceptional! I checked in at the property at 1.30 am and I informed the front desk that I would be checking out at 6.30 am. I was told that the breakfast would be available at 7.00 am. When I told the receptionist that I have a sightseeing tour booked at 6.45 and so I will have to skip the breakfast, she said that she will try to see if anything could be made available earlier, and to my pleasant surprise she had a breakfast pack, with bread jam, muffins, fruits and water kept ready for me when I came to check out at 6.30 am. I would like to appreciate the thoughtfulness and hospitality of the representative, Leah J.

This hotel was perfect and comfortable. Couldn’t be happier, we stayed in a two bedroom and it was super spacious and had two bathrooms. Worked well for our family giving everyone a little more privacy than a regular hotel room. Breakfast was very good!

There was no housekeeping for the entirety of my stay of 5 days. The trash was not taken out nor my towels/toiletries refreshed. Spoke to the front desk too but each time the simply apologized and ignored my request. I choose this hotel as breakfast was included, however for half of my stay they were out of breakfast 30 mins prior to end time. Even coffee/creamer was not refilled citing machine is not working. I spotted multiple cockroaches in the kitchen area during my stay. My socks soiled as I walk across the carpet. I did not have a pleasant stay and do NOT recommend this hotel.

We wre there 21 days and only had the place cleaned once. We were told at checkin that if we requested a cleaning it would be done the next day, never happened. Breakfast was supposed to be provided. On several days there was no bread for toast, no milk for cereal and no forks to eat with. If you questioned it they said they were out. There was a large grocery store just down the road.

While the property was nice, we arrived at 4:00pm and was told that they were completely booked and that our room wasn't ready. We left and literally got across the street and our phone rang saying our room was ready. Aside from that and finding disgusting mattresses while checking for bed bugs (no, there were none), the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were cordial. And yes we would stay there again. I rated the room as avg. as our room was in need of remodeling.

O-all the stay was good, nice pool and hot tub. The grounds are well looked after. The interior is desperately in need of upgrades as far as I’m concerned from finishes to appliances. The dishwasher has seen better days and the fridge was extremely noisy. The kitchen also could have used some more basic items like pots, pans, cutlery etc. All in all we still enjoyed our stay and we made things work.

We walked in to our room and the smell was horrible. We called the front desk. Staff came and said it is a horrible smell. They changed our room . We went and moved our baggage to second room. When I walked to the kitchen area I walk to puddle of water. The sink or dishwasher was leaking. Called the front desk they had to change our room for 3rd time Keep in mind I was traveling with my elderly parents and they had to give us a room upstairs on second floor because there was no lower level was available., and we had to use stairs because there are no elevators. The next morning the staff helped and moved us back to a first floor. That was our 4th move during 3 nights stay. Staff are very nice. But the property needs a lot of work ! It is not clean. Overall our experience was not pleasant at all.

Room was dirty floors were not clean carpet needed a vacuum doors had dirt spots filter in vent was unbelievablely dirty what appears to be mold on bathroom vent was alarming. Was told my first night was gonna be free but still waiting on reimbursement. Was able to change rooms the next day but still had to clean room on my own to make it feel comfortable. Staff is good just waiting on my refund The rooms are great just needs to be more cleaner the price was excellent
