“Excellent value”
Excellent location and priced much better than other hotels with less to offer in the area. Does need better signage to find it.
“I would stay at this hotel again.”
My stay was very comfortable. The only complaint was when we went downstairs for the Breakfast Buffet, the staff seemed overwhelmed and bothered when I asked for silverware, milk, coffee and I had to ask if there would be any food replenishing. Although it was 845am, the staff mentioned they had been very busy since 630am. I can understand that but as a customer I shouldn't have to know that. I should be serviced just like I had walked in at 630am. I had 3 cups of coffee, but I had to ask for it every time. Then we were told there would be no more milk. Hmmmmm..... Besides that, I had a good stay, in my room that is.
“Humidity”
The employees of hotel are kind, and did best for us. However, the room had much humidity.
“Convenient, Helpful and Clean”
Nice clean, quiet rooms but would probably opt out of the sleep number beds next time. Very helpful front desk staff. Walking distance to Metro Rail. Pretty courtyard and pool area.
“Will come back again.”
Absolutly satisfied, very good breakfast, absolut friendly service
“unsatisfied”
Hotel was less than satisfactory.
“Over rated!”
Rated higher than it should be!
“Not impressed”
The Radisson was "ok". I realize our room rate was EXTREMELY reasonable. However, there are certain services that I guess I have come to take for granted. We stayed three nights and the in room coffee was never replenished after I drank it the first night. I finally asked on the last morning at the front desk for another package which he gave me promptly, making me think they intentionally do not replenish. Our room had a connecting door to the room next door and we could hear their television playing at all hours very clearly. Breakfast was included with our room rate, however we had to ask at the front desk EACH morning for that day's breakfast coupon which I thought was pretty silly. Why have coupons? If you do, why not trust me with all three days when I check in? Breakfast was actually pretty good and the server was all right even though he was completely overwhelmed by a full space. The coffee in the restaurant was terrible. Due to the fact that the water in the room tasted bad, I think it was a water filtration/softener problem. The bartender on our first night was delightful and the food at the bar was good. The courtyard and pool area are nice. I would not stay here again but if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and you do not have the pickiest of standards than you might do all right here.
“Very nice hotel.”
The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating.
“Probably the worst Radisson in the world.”
Shabby fixtures, stained carpets and sofa, cabana suite more like a cabin. Terrible breakfast, which wasn't worth the extra. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
