Nice newly remodeled rooms. Clean with comfy beds. Conveniently close to airport. Nice friendly staff that hooked up up with toiletries after our flight was canceled and bags were lost. Nice bar and snack/beverage store. Will stay again if we need something close to the airport again.

Highly recommend this hotel!! From check-in to transportation and meals in between…exceptional! Due to travel delays I ended up extending my stay and enjoyed my time so much! The staff is so kind and helpful. *I already posted my review from my first two days here, but wanted take time to mention a few others on my final day as they were excellent too!:) Alberto (mentioned before) continued to be wonderful with restaurant service. Enjoyed a nice visit with Jackie (waitress) as well. Robert (waiter) was my dinner server and was excellent as well! Had two very nice visits with the manager Johnathan and see why the staff he hired are so great as he very kind and professional. He was also quick to help serve or care for guests when the others were busy. Great example to his team! Finally, the shuttle driver Kevin was a perfect ending to a relaxing and enjoyable 3 day stay! He was kind and careful with luggage, attentive to the guests traveling and appreciative overall. Looking forward to our next trip and hope that all the employees I mentioned in my past review, as well as this one, are still there!:)

My favorite place to stay! The staff is incredible, rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The one and only time I had an issue was with a waiter (Damien). It was taken care of and his service the following day was great! Candace at the front desk was a great help and very kind when I needed help extending my stay. Every time I seen her, she had a smile and took time to greet me and help with any questions or concerns. Finally, in all our stays here, Alberto is our favorite server. He is kind and is proof the company hires the best as he’s been here since 1998! We look forward to seeing him every stay. He is a great example that there are still great people out in the busy world we all live in.:) Looking forward to our next trip and stay here! ;)

Great airport option
We booked this hotel for an overnight layover and it worked perfectly. Nice and clan rooms and an efficient airport shuttle.

Clean and very comfortable. Convenient to airport. Only negative was that shuttle would not drop us at airport car rental center. Otherwise great overnight stay.

the front office attendant (i am sorry have misplaced her name) was friendly and efficient upon check in. in addition, she was helpful in providing other hotel information to assist with my stay. silvia (hope i’ve remembered her name correctly) in the restaurant was just fantastic! she is very thorough and thoughtful in her service delivery. she made my dinner experience after a long day of travel comforting and delightful! many thanks.
