We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We showed up at the pool during the day and with a little looking around found lounge chairs which can be hard to come across at other resorts but not here. With 3 pools to choose from we spent some time at each one. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was well maintained, clean and easy to find your way around.
A will return to this property as often as I can. Truly the most service dedicated staff I have ever come across in all my travels. The 'ambassadors' go above and beyond in every respect - without being in your face.

My husband was on business in Phoenix last year. And on one of his visits he took a drive and found this hidden gem! So, he was out there on business last week and I had booked a flight out to join him. We thought this would be a nice little get away! The room I booked on line through Expedia was not what we had expected. It was a very small adjoining room to another larger one. I felt for what we were paying this was unacceptable. We both planned on working from the room but we couldn't because we were in each other's way. I went the next morning to the front desk and inquired about getting another room. I was helped out by a young lady named Emily! she . confirmed it was indeed an adjoining room. It had something to do with making our reservations through Expedia. I ask if we could be moved to another room and explained that it was not at all what I read about or the photos on the Expedia sight. She apologized and after authorization from the manager she was able to in a larger room that catered to our business needs as well as our personal. I can not say enough about the excellent service we received!! The restaurants are top notch!! We can't wait to go back!! The Phoenician is a must stay if you are in the Phoenix, Camelback area!!!
WE WERE VERY FORTUATE TO FIND A HOTEL THAT WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE CAME TO DO. IT WAS VERY CLOSE, WALKING DISTANT TO THE SHOPS, STORES, EATING PLACES AND TO THE ASU FOOTBALL STADIUM. THE ROOM WERE GREAT AND THE ENTIRE FACILITY WAS PERFECT FOR US. VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING THERE FROM THE VALET PARKING STAFF TO THE HOTEL EATING EMPLOYEES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO OTHERS.
The only problem we found was in the pool area. The handrail at the steps leading into the pool was broken. We mentioned it to the desk agent when we checked out. She said she hadn't been aware of it and would have someone take care of it. I hope she will follow through with it as it could be a danger to anyone that needs assistance getting in and out of the pool.
