“Great hotel. Perfect location in downtown Phoenix.”

The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Swimming pool is heated. Food is delicious.

“Best Hotel In Phoenix”

“Overall Excellence”

I was treated so well by everyone I encountered. I was in Phoenix for a very un-happy reason and the employees there and ajoining restaurants ect. all made a point to cheer me up. I was very impressed by all.

The rotating restaurant atop the Hotel was great. The sports bar Networks had great food and drinks and an exceptional staff

“Great Stay but watch the Parking Charge”

The Hotel was great, and the location worked perfect, but why would they charge a hotel guest $27 dollars to park the car in the building we are staying in.

“Downtown Phoenix; a good experience”

It is worth staying downtown, if feasible to you work location. There have been many improvements to the local area such as easy access to light rail (soon to be connected to tram at airport 2013). The amenities are there with the Hyatt. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel is showing signs of becoming aged, however. Nice flat screen in room but no HD signal; just digital or analog availability. Easy check in and check out with terminals. Would stay there again, of course.

“Nice Downtown location”

Nice location next to Convention Center and ball parks. Was not able to get King bed b/c hotel was booked, but double beds were comfortable.

“Great stay, will visit again.”

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff very nice, location was perfect for downtown activities and the Compass Room is a great place to eat. Food was good and view of the city cannot be beat. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we had no problems.

Area recommendations

Downtown Phoenix. We stayed downtown because it is close to airport and the baseball and basketball stadiums.

“Hyatt PHX near Ballpark is outstanding w/great service & food!”

Opening day at the D-Backs was enhanced by our experience at the Hyatt downtown. Shopping, theatre, walking distance to the ball park and flawless experience with the Hyatt in every way possibly measured, and we travel lots. Great job!
