“Would definitely stay again!”

Great price. Great location. friendly staff. Free shuttle. Free breakfast. Bar at hotel. Clean and nice sized room. Would definitely go back.

“You get what you pay for”

It's not the Four Seasons. I stayed overnight coming through PHX. Easy shuttle and the staff that I did encounter were very nice. It is a bare bones kind of deal, but my room was large and clean, with a nice big flat screen and big shower with good water pressure...all the weary road warrior really wants.

“very impressed!”

the beds where very soft, the large flat screen tv was a plus, very quiet area, no trouble falling asleep, hotel personell where very gracious, only one problem was the pool needed cleaning, otherwise everything was great even the breakfast and coffee! i will be going back again.

“Very nice hotel suites for a decent price”

When I checked in, my room smelled of smoke and other bad odors. Also, there were food stains on the floor, a broken cupboard and greasy hand marks on the front door. I informed the hostess about the smells and she immediately located another room for me. I only had to wait about 10 minutes while another room was finished - and that still allowed for me to check in three hours early. The next room was very nice! It is my second stay at this chain and I like them because the roomy suites are very modern. They are great for entertaining a few friends before going out on the town; there is a large couch, a food serving area and a desk nook. The bathroom and sink also have a good layout and don't feel stuffy. The staff here is well-trained and very polite in handling all matters. One happy note about the food - looks like Hyatt Place has improved in this area! Yay! There was a full breakfast, including egg croissants, fresh fruit, yogurts and good coffee. The hotel is located a few minutes from downtown Tempe and the freeway, so it's very convenient to stay here for concerts, etc.

“Never Again!”

Don't stay there! The bed in our room was hard as a rock and the air conditioner literally popped on and off every 15 to 30 minutes. The result was a loud, hot room. None of us slept!

“Had a very good stay.”

Over all the hotel was well maintained and well run. The breakfast was outstanding. Our only concern was with the elevator .

“Loved this Hotel”

The hotel and the rooms were very luxurious. The extra sofa bed was perfect for the kids and just as comfortable as the beds. Shopping and restaurants weren't that close but not terribly far either. If that's not an issue this is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax before moving on to your next destination.
