Horrible Experience
Was scheduled for two days but honestly only stayed for a few hours before leaving... the room smelled like urine and spoiled food... Also, the place was very outdated... Attempted to sleep in the bed, and the smell was so bad, we slept with our heads on the counter in the kitchen area... When I advised the manager as to why I was checking out so soon (I even agreed to pay for the 1 day that we did stay), she stated that I would still be charged the full two days since a 24 hour notice was not given... Definitely regret this booking!

The staff were amazing- friendly and helpful! Great breakfast provided. The hotel halls and rooms are in desperate need of repairs and update (at least on floor 1). Things were broken and falling apart.

Warning!!!!
The back entrance the carpet are stinky the elevator is so outdated and the floor was lifted and it stunk. In the room the curtain had blood stains the ceiling looked like it had gotten flooded or had they were hiding so mold the bed was hard the bathroom door frame also had blood stains and the bathroom reeked like pee. Horrible I do not recommend

Staff were friendly, rooms & hotel clean. Only dislike was a terrible odor in the room that would not leave but other than that everything was fine. Darrian at the front desk was nice enough to take pictures of my mom and I in their Christmas Decorated Lobby. Will recommend & will stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Room was serviced every other day even on a holiday.

Try to make arrangements for security deposite did not knw it was too much over limit on my budget ...... Told them the room is already paid for.... They refuse to give me a room had a long drive and tht nite had to sleep n our vehicle.

Worst Breakfast Ever - Don't Waste Your Time
The breakfast on Saturday morning was the worst I've ever had at a decent hotel. All they really had was bagels, dry cereal and scrambled eggs that were over-cooked and cold, even though they were just brought out of the kitchen. There was a waffle maker (one) which had about twenty people lined up for it. They said they didn't serve any "meat" on weekends (bacon, sausage, etc.). I guess the guests on weekends aren't as important as the guests during the week ... even though the rooms cost more on the weekends.

The good, the bad and the ugly
The room smelled like mold and the AC unit was leaking water in the bedroom. However the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms so our coffee supply was never replenished over a 3 day period, nor was our trash ever emptied. On a brighter note, the beds and pillows were great!

I expected the rooms to be more updated when we got there and walked in the room it had a smell to it!!!! The TV didn't work in one room So we had to call the front desk they sent the maintenance man with no problem though so that was good.... The room was super hot The fans didn't work and the maintenance man was called again and he said he couldn't fix Until tomorrow I was like we're leaving tomorrow! But customer service was wonderful!

The dinner that was offered on Wednesday night was not that we were told but it would have been good enough if they had enough food cuz we got there about 45 minutes before they closed or stop serving and everything was gone and it was corn dogs who serves corn dogs so they really didn't eat cuz we don't eat things like that but everything else was good at the hotel thank you

The hotel is in a bit of a rougher area. There was someone defecating on the sidewalk outside when we pulled up to check in. Our room had a sticky floor & counter and there was a used toothbrush in the bathroom area. They moved us to a different room and we had no problems with that one. The furniture was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast options were nice but seemed to run out quickly. There were some guests that were obviously high on drugs but they were asked to leave after a few days. The pool area was nice. The evening socials were nice with beer and wine and a few snacks.
