“vey good value for money”

very good value for money - booked it last minute and found it better than expected. One of the best hotels I have stayed in - Europe and USA. Complimentary breakfast would have made it 5/5!

“This is a very nice hotel the service was nice and also was the staff was very supported I wll recom”

I was at this hotel for a Bowling Tournament on Nov 4 to Nov 6, 2011.I was very pleased with the front desk the staff was very helpful I needed direction to the three bowling lanes I was bowling at and they got direction for me going and coming back to the hotel if it was not for them I would surly got lose.All the room are suites and they are very if you have childrens this would be the hotel for you and your family.I really like this hotel it is clean, it is quite,no smoking rooms over all I was very very pleased with every thing. It is very easy to get to and from right off the freeway.

“Skip breakfast and hope the pool is open.”

Hotel was newly remodeled and very clean. Rooms or should I say suites are beautiful as is the overall look of the hotel. Only complaints were with the breakfast. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even asked if I would like coffee. Two waitress running around like they had no idea what they were doing. Fried potatoes tasted like they had been sitting on the grill for a couple of days. Ordered scrambled eggs with ham then told they were out of ham. Ended up with scrambled eggs and sausage. I could understand all of the problems if they were busy but there were only about 5 tables filled. Stuck in town for an extra couple of days with nothing to do so I planned on sitting by the pool. Forget about that idea. They were going to take some pictures of the pool area in the morning so they closed the pool. Lighting wasn't right so they had to wait until late afternoon to take the pictures. Pool remained closed until very late afternoon when the sun was going down and it was to cool to use the pool. Special thank you to the management for ruining the day. Pool and spa area looked beautiful. Just wish I could have used it. Sure this was an isolated incident but it sure was poor judgement by management.

On site restaurant and bar is small. Will need to drive to find dining. There is a grocery store across the street if you want to pick up a couple of things to eat in the room. Room has coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

“Great value”

The hotel was pretty much what I expected from the pictures I saw on Expedia. It looks as if it has been remodeled and redecorated. It was very clean, had extremely friendly staff, and was perfect for our one night stay for a concert. The only complaint is that the water pipes and A/C are loud, probably due to the fact that the building tiself is old. Other than that it was a great bargain.

“Nice facility”

Apparently this is a new facility. It had some "just opened" issues such as water faucets not working, unplugged TVs,. But overall a comfortable hotel. Great exercise facility. Staff very friendly and helpful.

“Very nice room great value”

Brand new room very nice and comfortable including great bedding and pillows, one of my pet peeves in hotels. Staff excellent and responsive. Not completely sure of the neighborhood but near airport so very convenient and extra security made it very safe. Great deal with breakfast included. Would recommend definitely!

“My spot in phoenix”

The hotel stay was great . We use to stay at that location when it was another hotel name but it closed. We were so thrilled that the Holiday Inn reopened it. I'm in Phoenix 2 or 3 times a year and now I won't have to worry about where I will stay. The location is great, close to everything.

“お手頃価格で快適”

フェニックス空港へのアクセスの為、１泊だけしましたが、２泊程度ゆっくりしても良いホテルでした。部屋は広く快適。フロントも適度に対応良く、泊まるだけでなく、プール等で過ごす時間があってもよかった・・・。と思うホテルでした。周辺には何もないのが残念ですが、ホテル内にレストランは美味しくサービスも良かったです。特にリブステーキとピザは最高でした。価格もお手頃。リブステーキの大きさは注意なので、お腹が空いてなければ、小さいほうでよいでしょう。

Area recommendations

フェニックスではないですが、車で２時間程度行くセドナは最高です。リラックスできパワーをも貰えます。是非足を伸ばしてみてはいかがでしょうか。
