“Not impressed!!”

The hotel was in the middle of no where, so if you have a late flight coming in - good luck finding anywhere to eat nearby as everything seems to close early. The hotel lobby looked nice and updated but the room had old, stained carpet but clean for as much as you can clean it. The restaurant attached which closes at 9 had the WORST service ever!!! I was seated by the young waiter and no one came to me for at least 25 min and they proceeded to argue with me that I am not supposed to seat myself??? I finally got in a couple of words and told them who had seated me. But the nerve-to try and start an argument. Although the room rate was a special, I don't think I would go back even for free!!!

“Great place to stay”

I have stayed at both the comfort Inn and the Holiday Inn Fountain Hills, AZ and the Holiday Inn Is by far the better of the two! My only issue at the Holiday Inn was the pool area. It was so beautiful but there was an awful smell that came from the restaurant grease clean out and lingered in the air.

“Very good hotel.”

First of all , this hotel is located in phoenix suburban(Fountain Hills) or 30 minutes drive from airport. Fountain hills seems to be a nice, clean, rich place to live. There is a 300 feet high fountain in a park in the middle of this suburban and the hotel is facing it. The hotel was clean and not old. People working at the hotel were nice. Breakfast in the morning was included and with the 20$ coupon per room it was enough to have a full breakfast at the hotel restaurant for me and my wife. Restaurant was also good for dinner. It is a grill restaurant with bar and outside terrace. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If I come back to Phoenix I will go back there for sure.

“A very nice Holiday Inn”

I was very surprised at the upscale location and design of this Holiday Inn. I guess, given it's location, I should not be that surprised. The room was immaculate and well laid out. The lobby was spacious and, quite frankly, far more magnificent, than I was expecting from a Holiday Inn. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Scottsdale/Fountain Hills area.

“Nice Holiday Inn”

The hotel was in need of some updating,with the carpet worn, tiles in bathroom loose, and in need of paint on the walls. The staff was helpful and diligent and the maids were fantastic and friendly. Overall, a nice enough stay and would recommend.

“Very nice!!”

This hotel is in a wonderful location...right across from the fountain and shopping. Within walking distance to many shops and eateries. (I highly recommend Euro Pizza and the gelato store next to it!) The hotel was very clean and the staff were all helpfull--even at 3am when we had to check out to catch an early flight. The pool is a little small if there are a lot of guests, but if not, then it works just fine. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Fountain Hills/Scottsdale area!
