“Quiet Hotel”

The location was great as it was away from the freeway and very quiet. The good: location, customer service, breakfast choices. The not so good: the pillows were not very comfortable and the air conditioner was soooo noisy that it made it difficult to sleep.

“Aging Hotel”

Aging hotel, and it is starting to show. Peeling wallpaper in the bathrooms. Arizona still has smoking floors, and I got stuck on one (last available room). While the hotel staff did what they could to mitigate, the room still smelled. Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating.

was given a smoking room and one king bed, I paid for no smoking and two queen beds. Hotel was unable to give us the correct room. said to read the small print when booking.

“disappointed”

Booked 2 bed,non smoking. they had us for smoking and no nonsmoking left. Ended up with smoking one king room. They did spray and aired out as best they could. Made no offer for upgrade or rate cut for their mistake. good breakfast..

“End up at this hotel by chance through "Unpublish Rate Hotel"”

It wasn't a mistake. Hotel rate was very reasonable (less expensive) for a pleasant, clean and comfortable stay. The location was close to Loop 101 exit ramp and close to nice restaurants and shopping. You have lots to choose from. Good location. Continental breakfast-bacon, scramble eggs, biscuits and gravy, hard boil eggs, coffee rolls, bagels, cold cereal, instant hot cereals, juice bar, fresh fruits, etc. It was good. Outdoor pool - shade trees on the west side provided shade while in the pool so it wasn't direct sun light.

Area recommendations

I recommend this NW area of Pheonix because it is cleaner than closer to downtown. Stills lots of new development, etc.
