“A very nice hotel in a convenient location with good restaurants nearby.”

I've stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

“Not so great”

The only real positive to this motel is the convenience to downtown and the shuttle service. The employees were very friendly.

“Great staff, great location, very clean, will stay again.”

Lobby was neat and clean, carpets, walls in hallways were clean. There was a room service through another company called "OrderInn"; nice menu, great and accomodating staff. Bed was comfortable, cable/movie options were great; nice to see a refrigerator and microwave with a grocery area in the lobby that carred microwaveable meals. I would definitely stay here again.

“Phoenix near Barrow Institute”

Nice accomodations, great service -- including free shuttle from the airport. Continental breakfast was better than most.

Area recommendations
Hotel is close to several great places to eat dinner -- but you might want the shuttle for shopping. Good eats at Switch & Aiello's

“Excellent Shuttle Service”

Stayed for a quick business trip and never had to take a taxi. Shuttle picked us up at the airport, took us to our meeting (so long it was within 3 miles of hotel) and then picked up up at the end of the day to take us to the airport. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly.

“Fantastic staff...helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable.”

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were willing to go out of their way to make the stay pleasant and memorable. Even helped arrange transportation for a spur of the moment day hike!

“Will be back”

In town to attend a convention, the staff was wonderful and very accomadating to us. Shuttle service was a great benefit to getting around, drivers were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend this hotel to my co-workers to use in the future.
