I have always been a Doubletree fan whether traveling with my company or just with my wife for vacation and they have always exceeded expectations. I’m am disappointed to report that this 5 day stay was I believe well below Hilton standards. I’ll start with saying that the grounds were beautiful and well groomed. The room we stayed in (4102) was the opposite. When asked we requested daily housekeeping. The showed up three out of the 5 days and I messaged via Hilton Honors to request they come. The beds were made but that was it, no replenishment of coffee or bath items. The air conditioning was almost nonexistent. We kept it at 60 and the room barely cooled off. I requested a fan from housekeeping which took two days and two reminders to receive. Anyway I think you get the point. Hilton Doubletree you’re better than this.

There were bed bugs in the room we stayed at. Got bit multiple times, had to go wash all clothing at laundromat, and ointments for bites. Extremely unpleasant to have experienced this while staying one night. Submitted a report and hoping to get compensation and the facility does a thorough cleaning of rooms before allowing guests to stay there.

First of all, this property is beautiful. The grounds - trees, plants, buildings, pools - are well maintained and lovely. I love how the pools offer many points of entry so that entry stairs do not get clogged. Have to get out early to secure a chair though! The room has very high ceilings and feels very large! Lots of room and wonderful walk out patio or balcony. Location is great! 5 minutes from Old Town. Staff was great. At check-in, the young lady noticed I was on crutches and we had booked a second level room. She helped me pick it out an alternate room that was absolutely perfect and helpful so I didn't have to battle the stairs every time I wanted to go to the room. Perfect room!

The canyon club breakfast and staff was exceptional. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Loved the evening performers and lobby lounge area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great resort. It was a bit cold outside so the pool was too cold to stay in for an extended period. The Hot Tub was not working so that was a bummer. Food was great and very clean resort.

So sorry about your experience. We allowed you to stay after a rough first night of noise from your room. Second day a domestic disturbance was issues by Paradise Valley Police were called. We had many complaints from your neighbours regarding the noise. I am sorry you were disappointed as we provided a complimentary upgrad to one of our nicest suites.

The DoubleTree is in a great location. It is clean and well cared for. The restaurant food was above average. Great staff. I checked out via phone and was told the receipt for the two rooms would be emailed to me. It's almost a week later and still no email.

The staff at Double Tree Resort were very friendly and helpful for what ever requests we had. I really liked the open spacious layout of this property. This was one of my favorite places to stay in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We will definitely be back.

The property is beautiful, however our room 9201 was very dated and needed some “love”! The bathroom was very old, the toilet handle broke and needed maintenance, the shower leaked and the dial was broken too. I works return, but request a better more updated room!! We stayed before and had a nicer room! Hmmmmm.

We stayed here many times in the early 2000s. The property now needs a good power wash on the walkways as they’re dirty the elevators are cracked and have had minimal floor restored. Just really dated and needs some love. The staff was friendly and lovely. As usual, the coffee bar was understaffed. For seven hours that hasn’t changed. But I understand staffing situation‘s are unavoidable sometimes.
