Convenient for overnight stay very early next day flight. No hot water in the morning!

“Wonderful Weekend”

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We had a wonderful time, we were there for a church service. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

“As good as it gets when you need to fly out of PHX”

Great location just a couple of minutes from the Sky Harbor airport, yet very quiet and comfortable. If you use the park and stay rate, you can park free for 2 weeks with a 1 night stay.. I fly to Costa Rica every month and this is a great option for me while I'm gone the 2 weeks.

“Return Visit.”

Crowne Plaza is a familiar good place to stay. We usually use it when flying out from Sky Harbor because it is less than 10 min to the airport. In this case, we used it as we were visiting friends and going to local events over the weekend.

“Really good airport hotel”

We needed a room for one night at a hotel close to the airport that offered shuttle service. The Crowne Plaza worked very well for our needs! The bed was very comfortable though the nice room had a noisy A/C we might have challenged if we were staying longer. The bath was large, very clean and well stocked. Front desk staff was quite cordial.

“Poor Value”

Frequently stay in general airport area prior to early am flight out of Phoenix. Condition of this hotel is run down compared to others in area. Very slow elevators, rooms showing wear, television in room did not work. Charged a parking fee! (no joke). Many surrounding properties are considerably less expensive with better amenities making this a poor value.

“Quick layover at PHX”

The Wife and I used the "unpublished rates" on Expedia and got this room for our quick layover on our way from NC to CA for vacation. Airport Shuttle is easy and convenient. For a Crown Plaza this one seemed a little dingy and run down. I did notice that a lot of airline crews stay there every night if that tells you anything. Very close to airport, Ok clean rooms like I said seems a little worn to me. Over all a good quick, cheap overnight stay. Was not there long enough to comment on anything else.

“I got a bargain rate and a bargain room”

The parking is away from the hotel and a bit confusing about if you need a permit or not. I was very happy to see that there was a nice place to eat there. It did not have a microwave or little refrigerator that the prior hotel had so that was a little disappointing because I had brought all of the food with me. When I pulled the covers back it looked like there was a big dirty foot-print inside the bed. That was a bit weird. Then I started to look a little closer and found the bottom of the bedding wasn't that clean either. The bed was comfortable though! I ordered room service but everything I wanted wasn't available because I had an old menu. I asked what would be recommended and ordered the fish tacos. the tortilla was burnt so I pulled that off and ate the middle. That was pretty tasty. I did get the room last minute and at a discount so I think they put me in the area that people that don't pay full price end up. I was parallel to the parking garage and did have a view of a roof below and could look directly out at my car. There were no free channels on the TV. There was a charge for everything so I just used my computer to watch some shows. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The front desk, the room service waitress -- everyone I met. They made up for the short-comings.
