The staff at the front desk were very kind. The rooms themselves were not great. I noticed some stains on the wall and a small hole in a wall. The bottom sheet was not fitted and was not large enough to be properly tucked to prevent it from coming untucked in the night. Additionally, the thermostat was basically impossible to use as the buttons did not work properly for adjusting the temperature

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. We truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They upgraded us to a private suite with a patio. The room was very spacious. The continental breakfast was great, lots of options. I do feel like the room inside needed a little updating but overall very clean. My only complaint was the suite was facing the street and it was hard to sleep at night with all the noise in the area. I still enjoyed my stay and would book again.

It was nice for us that the bars were just across street. It was be a bit loud late at night Enjoyed the gated pool / hotub area just out back near parking. Would stay here again. It’s quite a long walk too old Scottsdale down town

The hotel registration attendant was very informative and generous. It was a safe environment for my sister and I to stay at. Also, the view of downtown Scottsdale while checking in and out was spectacular. Thank you!

Some reviews I had read said there was a lot of noise close by but we did not hear any and it was very quiet. Hotel was clean, in great location for nearby activities, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and although didn't go in the pool it looked nice and if we had more time we would have enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our bikes and were able to switch our room to a front entrance bottle level room which made it easier to bring in our expensive bikes. Many bike paths very close. We will definitely return!

Negative: A lot of construction going on around the property. There was a loud and noisy night club partying across the street that went on every night past 1am. We tried stuffing towels and pillows around the door to cut the noise level. Thank goodness we had ear plugs. Positive: Very good breakfast.

Clean, quiet room; comfortable bed. I walked to a nice Italian restaurant, Pasta Brioni. There was an odd thing I noticed about the walls: The mirror in the bathroom was new - I could see where the mounting bracket for the old mirror was. Because I could see that, I decided to look around the room and see if there were other similar "something used to be mounted here " places on the walls. There were these places, but if I hadn't looked carefully, I would never have noticed. The room was super clean and carefully maintained!

You can literally hear what song is playing at the bar across the intersection in the middle of the night, and you will be woken up over and over.

Our stay at the Best Western was great and the staff were very friendly. We found the layout of the bathroom and room to be a bit odd and the water took a long time to get hot.

The rooms were super clean! The staff were amazing and anything that you needed they were always there to help. Dino was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel. We will definitely book here again.

Eclectic decor with green windows everywhere. Property is dated but clean. I asked to check in 2 hours early, they said my room was available but wanted to charge me $30 extra. We passed. Noise level was as noted by other reviewers but didn’t bother us much. It feels like a bit of an odd area of town. As three females, we weren’t sure it would be safe to walk around after dark. Breakfast was good but they limit how much you can have. Overall, reasonable value for the money.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was substantial and quite a bit of variety. The hotel is on the edge of Old Town Scottsdale and is about a 10 minute walk away. My only complaint is the bathroom door of our room. The door is made of a thin wooden blind type material and doesn't allow for much privacy from the other people in the room. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel.

Wi Fi was out of service. Night manager tried to put the problem in my hands by having the hotel's IT contractor call me and try to fix what was a hotel wide issue. Problem persisted throughout our stay hence we were unable to address several personal items on the internet. Hotel offered no recompense for the issue. Breakfast food was excellent. Greg

Very pleasant stay especially compared to other budget hotels in the area. Bring ear plugs or use white noise on the weekends when the clubs are bumping. Great breakfast and very professional staff.
