“For the masochists amongst you.”
If you don't mind the sound and vibration of several pneumatic drills in your room for five and a half hours every day and taking pot luck as to whether you receive room service or not, then this is the place for you. Also, if you don't mind staff that either are told to act as though they know nothing about what's going on in the hotel or who really just don't know then you'll be in clover. I wish I could tell you how long he drilling was scheduled to continue for but I got varying answersto this relatively simple question. Here's a sample Oh, just till 11.45 Till 4.00 It will all be done by Friday-completly finished. It's going on unil some time next year. The rooms are spacious though so you'll have plenty of room in which to listen to the drilling while trying to work and wonder if the hotel does in fact employ housekeeping staff but then you did think you saw one once.
“Worked for me.”
Hotel was dated, bed was a little lumpy, but overall i would stay there again. Good value for the $. Had a nice bathroom (modern fixtures).
“Exceeded my expectations!”
The entire staff was courteous and helpful. We felt welcome from the time we drove into the valet area. The hotel was not only welcoming but very comfortable and clean. I hope to visit them again in the future. Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Very nice Hotel. Best featue is the size of the room (kitchen area, walk in closet). Older/dated hotel but very clean and an overall nice place to stay. Parking is expensive due to location. Walking distance to tourist attractions (very close to museums). Only complaint is the maid service was not completed until after 2pm (they seem to be more accustomed to extended stay customers... and are a little more lack for 1-2 day stays (compared to most other hotels).
“one of my best experiences PERFECT”
I am really satisfied it was perfect receptionist was great I recommend it to everyone who search comfort and cleanness and convenience in a great location with reasonable price
“Philly"s very good hotel”
This is very good hotel. All rooms are suite rooms. Especially, I recommend a traveler who stay in Philly 3 or more days fit this hotel. My room is clean and big enough.
“Alright! :)”
This hotel has a perfect location for doing things in the area (center city). I took my fiance for his birthday weekend. We went to the Ben Franklin Institute, which was literally right around the corner, as well as other nearby attractions, all within walking distance. The hallways smelled a little funny, but all in all the room was great for the price. We were comfortable. The kitchen was small, but was quite a convenience. To get to the South Street area we took a cab...about a five minute ride, and very affordable. I'd definitely go back and recommend it to others! One more thing- the pool is closed after labor day :( This was only disappointing because we had unseasonably warm weather for this weekend in October.
“On the Parkway”
Developed as extended stay business suites, the Windsor is located between City Hall and the Franklin Institute. A short walk to mass transit and you are moments away from the Independence Hall National Park and Penn's Landing on the Delaware River. The room was clean and well maintained with a full efficiency kitchen allowing the children to set the pace instead of restaurant reservation times. The staff was helpful and polite with no differential shown between Expedia customers and other guests. I highly recommend Windsor Suites and look forward to returning.
“Better than expected.”
Large living area, separate bedroom, and kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Flat screen TV in bedroom and living area. Asian and Irish restaurants with very good food. Walking distance to museums and shopping district.
