“Will be back”
Perfect location and great service.
“Beautiful space, professional service ....noisy bar in the lobby”
Great location and beautiful facility. Professional service. HOWEVER, the loud pumping (Michael Jackson) bar with live DJ attached to the lobby (Thurs, Fri & Sat) was a bit much. It's all good...just turn it down a little. I don't need a hearing aid yet!
“Luxury on a budget”
The hotel was undergoing renovation (external scaffolding), and our room decor was a little tired, but in all the essentials---location, service and cleanliness, the hotel was outstanding. Such a deal!
“June in Philly”
Hotel provided great environment for the conference.
“Good Hotel, great location, trach in the bathroom”
Great Time!
“A Very Memorable Experience!”
This hotel is in a GREAT location. We had a corner room on the 14th floor facing City Hall. We could see Love Park from our room and it is very convenient to the metro stations. The staff is warm and welcoming and the concierge very knowledgeable for recommendations. The bar is AMAZING! Heavy handed and creative drinks in a beautiful backdrop of Eric Ripert's 10Arts. Room service was delicious! Had a late night cheesesteak delivered to our room and the fries are to DIE for!! Particularly loved the turn down service offered at around 7pm. Felt like mom tucking me in at night. The bellman arranged for a private vehicle to the airport for us before leaving. Would definitely stay here again! It's worth it!
“Terrible Service - Hotel Not Recommended”
I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton around the world and this is simply the worst
“Great people work at this hotel !!”
Everyone was helpful, fun, and made our stay great!
“The One, the only, the Ritz Carlton!”
My wife and I were in Philadelphia over Presidents Day weekend to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. We had stayed at the Ritz once before, and thought it would be worth a second try. What a great experience. From the moment we walked in the door, the Ritz's reputation for exceptional accomodations and service was evident. Our room was quite spacious, sunny, and extremely well maintained. Upon arrival we enjoyed a late lunch in their lounge....delicious. Breakfast each morning in the dining room ...delicious. And the spa... let me say a word about the spa. A cold stressful, snow-filled Boston winter had turned all of my muscles into painful knots. An hour-long massage with Lora was not only relaxing, but truly restorative. Bless you Lora. All in all we could not have asked for a better experience. Whenever we need to travel to Philadelphia in the future, the Ritz Carlton will always be our first (and only) choice!
“Fantastic staff and great hotel. Cant' wait to go back!”
Great hotel, great location, great staff
