Ein tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Pros: Das Hotelzimmer war typisch amerikanisch eingericht, aber sehr gemütlich! Das große und gemütliche Bett war mein Highlight sowie das Badzimmer.
Cons: Das man einfacher ins Wlan netz kommt.
Location: In der nähe befinden sich Shopping möglichkeiten sowie Restaurants .Die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch gut zu erreichen .
Das Hotel ist recht einfach zu finden. Es ist schön hell und sauber. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereicht. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und sauber. Man hat sein eigendes Badzimmer. Es ist alles sehr sauber und bekommt jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Es ist zwar eine Straße dirket vor dem Hotel aber auf dem Zimmer hört man davon nichts außer man hat ein Fenster auf. Die Einkaufs möglichkeit sind dirket in Ort und damit sofort erreichbar. Der Preis für das Hotel ist vollkommen in Ordnung !!!

Best location in philly

Location location location! In the heart of center city, very close (literately steps away) to shops, restaurants, bars, coffee/tea places, bike rental, train station... Everything! Great staff: very kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place :D

Easy peasy!

I like the price and the amenities. The hotel itself is retro fitted into an old building that is in really convenient (to downtown, convention center, music venues ) location. I was in room 403 and it has a microwave, fridge and Keurig (and 2 free bottles of water!) as advertised BUT my fridge (though it was cold when I arrived) made a strange noise. I didn't bother to ask for a new room becuase I checked in very late. The bathroom was spotless, the sheets smelled clean and were free of hair or other icky things. Comfy bed, pillows & nice shower. It "ain't the Ritz," but the staff was extremely professional, friendly and wanted to make sure I was safe, as I arrived very late at night. I appreciated them! Another great benefit is the 24 hour parking. If you park in the structure across the street from the hotel, you get 24 hours (no in and out privileges) for $12. That was a great benefit for me as I use public trans or walk in Philly. I love the cheap parking!

Great location & friendly staff

Pros: Location and friendly staff
I agree with the other reviews, that the elevator is small,but it was big enough. Hotel was clean and our room #400 seemed to have been remodeled with updated bathroom. Located within a block of several bars and restaurants and Starbucks right across street. Brian along with other hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We were going to rent a car and drive down to Atlantic City for a few days and Brian said he took that trip a lot and told us about the Greyhound Bus deal. We bought 2 round trip tickets at the bus station, about 8 blocks away, for $40.00, it dropped us off at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, about an hour ride. Tropicana staff came on the bus and gave all passengers $40.00 in free casino play, which covered for the cost of the round trip bus tickets. Thanks Brian for the information and a great stay.

Low water pressure, good location/staff

Pros: The location and the staff. The rooms were pretty good.
Cons: The attention to quality in the bathroom could be better. The towel rack looked like it was about to fall. The towels were kind of flimsy.
Location: Its location near Jefferson station and Market and Broad is hard to bear.
The water pressure was a little low. I let them know about it and they fixed it a little bit, but it was still too low. The location is great and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Good location ;parking@ 12/night a gift.

Lobby is small & off putting.Rooms are small & clean but worn.Rugs are stained.Bathroom is modern. Hotel is adequate ;skimps on towels ,bedclothes & amenities. Too bad b/c with location & parking ;it could be a nice moderately priced boutique hotel.

Hotel staff was rude.

Cons: The entire staff was rude and insulting
Was staying at this hotel based entirely on location, which is the only nice thing I can say about the experience. Hotel was booked in my name, my two friends came into the hotel before I got there and tried to leave their bags at the front desk. Were told they couldn't because it wasn't in their name, OK understandable. When I arrived to check in the guy at the front desk informed me that my friends were 'rude' and had demanded to check in, completely not the case. I had a huge bag and the elevators were extremely narrow. After checking in and getting the key I took the elevator up to my room, key card didn't work. Went back down to the front desk, they reactivated, went back to the room. Opened the door to someone else's room. Luckily no one was there. The front desk, unapologetically, then gave me the room key. All the while I'm carting my bag back & forth through the tiny hallways. Several of us were getting ready to go out to dinner at the hotel prior to going out for the evening. The front desk informed me they would be charging additional money for each additional guest spending the nigh and stated they would know because they had video surveillance in the hallway. Later, after we returned to drop off our bags before going out were told that no one was allowed in the hotel after 11pm due to security concerns if they weren't staying in the room. Didn't realize we had a curfew after paying for a room. Would never consider this hotel again.
