“Warwick hotel”

Outdated carpets, noisy patrons and tobacco use. Staff friendly. Parking has been problematic every time we have stayed here

“Overpriced”

Stayed in the same room last summer for half the price. Best part of this hotel is it's location near Rittenhouse Square.

“Great amenities, but noisy”

The staff was first rate as were the restaurants and bar. The biggest problem was the noise coming from the street outside on a Saturday night. The toilet was very noisy even though it was separated from the bedroom. Great sleep number bed and furniture.

“The most beautiful lobby near Rittenhouse Sq”

The lobby is truly beautiful for those who love old world charm. High, vaulted ceilings, dental molding, palladian windows all in a pale yellow and blue. It's truly gorgeous and welcoming. Fresh fruit-infused water in summer or apple cider in fall for guests. The rooms are large; bathrooms modern w/ granite countertops. Bedding comfortable w/ down comforters. Hotel could use some sprucing up, but clean; staff VERY nice; outstanding location a few blocks from Rittenhouse Sq and great shopping; safe neighborhood. I've stayed there several times before, and would do so again. Rates very reasonable; 2 restaurants, both excellent; one a major steak house.

“Nice Hotel”

Gorgeous hotel. Front desk and valet parking very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Only one chair, for 2 people 2 chairs would have been nice.

“Excellent Location”

This hotel was perfectly situated as it is in the heart of downtown Philadelphia's shopping distance. Also, many of the major attractions - such as Reading Terminal, the Convention Center and Independence Hall - were in walking distance. Other attractions are just a quick cab ride away. The hotel staff was also wonderfully helpful in suggesting excellent restaurants and spa services.

“Very Nice!”

We just stayed at the Warwick for the second time. Very pleasant, near great shopping and restaurants on Walnut Street. Not the largest hotel in the world, but a good size. Very clean, small but pleasant lobby, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel has a great location in regards to stores, restaurants, and museums but, it isn't worth the $35 parking fee, view of brick building and broken sleep number bed!
