Not a good place to stay at all. Unfriendly staff, horrible breakfast, noisy hallways, bad bed.. the list goes on.

This was gross, the room was barely clean...like " do I want to touch anything?" I was extremely disappointed. The business center was a junky desk in the dining area and the continental breakfast was bagels and cereal, no fresh fruit. This was like staying in a third world country.

“I stay at microtel all the time. This 1 is the worst, rude and very dirty.”

To start with when the hotel was callled for directions they the wrong one's. The second time called I could not understand them. I got there and the person at the desk said my name wasn't on the reservation. Asked him to look at my printed reservation. Was not he didn't care about that. Had to get my wife to sign the paperwork. Room, floor wasn't vacumned, mold under desk next to closet, behind the bed has not been cleaned for some time. Bathroom had cobwebs in the corners over the shower, heat light well looked like something was burned on it. For the morning breakfast well over the food where the food is served had dust and cobwebs on the ceiling. It is so sad because I stay at Mircotel from coast to coast and they have always done their best to clean and polite. I stayed at Microtel in El Paso Dec 5th and it was perfect. The Philadephia location needs to be looked at by their regional office. Please do not repost this so others can see it. Forward it to Microtel.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

THIS HOTEL WAS CHOSEN FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY AS I JUST NEEDED A PLACE TO STAY OVERNIGHT. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO WHERE I NEEDED TO BE. HOWEVER......IT WAS THE SMALLEST HOTEL ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. 1 QUEEN BED, NO DRESSER JUST 2 DRAWERS BUILT INTO THE WALL. IT REMINDED ME OF A SMALL CRUISE SHIP ROOM. I COULD DEAL WITH THAT BUT WHEN I PULLED BACK THE COVERS OF THE BED THERE WAS HAIR IN THE BED. AND NOT SCALP HAIR!! I CHANGED THE SHEETS MY SELF. ON THE PLUS SIDE, THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

close to airport, convenient to get to, bathroom clean but had old marks on wall under sink, and behind bathroom door, room clean and appropiate for my needs.

“Decent Hotel, Bad Service”

Hotel was okay for the money; definitely a low cost alternative, but clean & safe. Breakfast was very limited and not worth eating. My issue was the free shuttle to the airport. When I called from the airport, I was told it would be 7 minutes to be picked up. I called back 25 minutes later, and was told that they were on the way, and we had just hung up (despite me waiting for and getting my checked bag, and having a 13 minute call with my wife. I was told 5 minutes. I called again after another 15 minutes and talked to the front desk. I am pretty sure they said two minutes; it was hard to tell because of the accent. I was picked up 15 minutes later. The ride was under 5 minutes to the hotel. The hotel was okay for the money. I will not go back because I hate being lied to.

The hallway and the room smelled. The phone in my room did not work so I did not get a wakeup call. The only good things about the hotel was the price and location.

“Very Convenient to Airport”

Hotel was convenient to airport with shuttle service- shuttle drivers very friendly and helpful - Room was a suite and bed was comfortable. Average continental breakfast - (available at 4 a.m.) --breakfast area could have been cleaner - microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in a while..
