“Great Hotel in a great central location”

There were 4 adults staying in one room with two queen size beds the room was adequate for our needs. The front of house staff very helpful on our arrival and during our stay, room kept clean thoughout. Central location ideal for our trip.

“Apple fresh scent”

The first thing that hit us was the lobby's apple fresh scent that my son loved. All was great with the hotel except the comfort of the bed. One side of it sloped down causing me to feel like I was falling out of bed. The price was right, so we would definitely go back.

Philadelphia has a lot of historical features. The Franklin institute is great also.

“Nice holiday excursion for our family”

The hotel staff was awesome and their recommendations for dinner and our annual Thanksgiving Day parade experience were TOTALLY awesome!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Center Philadelphia!!!

“A Very good choice.”

The hotel is located right in the middle of the "action". The historical district is easily walkable for the hotel. It offers a nice variety of eating opportunities. The staff was very helpful. This was our first stay in Philadelphia. and we left with a smile. Oh. yes, parking is right next door.

Area recommendations

The historical district is a MUST EXPERIENCE. Also, be sure to see the MAGIC GARDEN mosaics.

“Perfect for what we needed”

We only stayed one night in this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The customer service was fantastic and we even got a free movie. We arrived before our check in time and were able to leave our belongings with the bell man with no hassle. The room was clean, spacious, nothing fancy, just the necessities. Great location as well. if ever I return to Philly, I'd stay there again.

“Adaquate”

We had a nice stay at the Crowne Plaza. Location is great. Hotel was clean but a little outdated. Room was adequate, but nothing special. Bathroom was small, but functional. Pool was closed during our stay for unknown reason. Staff was responsive to all requests. Restaurant/bar was good, but pricey. Easy and accurate checkout. Overall we had a good experience, but nothing special.
