“Philly Trip”

Stayed at Crowne Plaza West - Philly for 3 days. Excellent service. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone from the desk service to attendants were very nice and professional. I would recommend to friends.

“Bad smell, noisy”

The hotel is old and smell like a dump. The rooms are very noisy specially in the lower floor, you can hear every step of the guests above you. NEVER go back there again

“Nice hotel-Good location”

We chose this Crowne Plaza because it was central to where we needed to be for an overnight stay. Everyone was courteous, from the bellhop to check-in through check-out. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not cheap, but then again this is NW Philadelphia- Germantown area. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Love this hotel. When I am in town, which is at least 6 times a year, this is where I stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, great location to shopping, food and major travel arteries.

“Wonderful staff”

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Traveled with a child and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Only problem was I assumed an indoor pool would have been a heated pool.

“Hotel is convenient and served the need; somewhat "dated"”

The hotel was adequate as it was very well located with our Philadelphia destination. The service was quite good. The room was adequate; the hotel was older, but clean. Staff service was very good.

Area recommendations

This location was convenient to Manayunk and Roxborough, east of the Schukhill River, as well as west City Avenue. There are very limited hotels servicing this area.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel was beautiful and perfectly located to the concert we were seeing at the Mann center. The hotel even had a shuttle that regularly went in to the center of the city that we took the following day. The staff was very helpful and provided us with maps.
