“Great Hotel”

“Very impressed.”

Location is very good-in centre of city. Reception excellent-staff most helpful. Facilities are also very good. Would certainly return here. Is it a chain throughout the USA? If so I would be interested in list of cities which have one?

“Efficient and comfortable”

Service is efficient and polite. Room comfortable and we were upgraded to a suite without asking. Chilled flitered water on tap on all floors. Good location for restaurants & bars, 15 minute walk to tourist sites.

“A pleasurable stay for price”

Positive features of the hotel: excellent service at reception, staff were very helpful, free internet for guests. The hotel was very clean, and the room of a sufficient size. It is in close proximity to a lot of Philadelphia's tourist attractions, which means you can walk anywhere. Unfortunately, some of the features in my room really needed repair - such as the heating. It made a thunderous noise every time I switched it on, which was unbearable. However, the essential comfort was there: the bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was also meticulous.

“Good base for Philly”

Great location. Very good value. Quiet comfortable roooms. Pleasant restaurant. Free internet stations in lobby lounge are an attractive plus. Look forward to returning next month.

“Good Philly business hotel”

The hotel is small and in the centre of town. Although the rooms are fairly small and a litte dark, they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The lounge is particularly pleasant as there is coffee/tea on the go all the time as well as internet access. The staff were helpful and courteous, Whilst I wouldn't use the hotel for a long holiday type stay (rooms too small) I can thoroughly recommend for business trips.
