Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and eager to help with anything they could such as storing luggage after I had checked out. The beach offers great walking for long distances. But for snorkelers there is little in the way of fish or live coral to see.
The breakfast buffet, included in my room price, was excellent and really sufficed until dinner
Great location - you could explore up or down the beach, with plenty access to food / bars, or explore onto the main road, with great spots just outside the hotel (explore northwards for more shopping / food / sights)
Wonderful smiles all round - although the staff's english is not the best, but they make it up with genuine and warm smiles throughout the day
Great pools - plenty access to pools (as the sea was too rocky during monsoon season) with a swim up bar
Comfy rooms and service - comfortable rooms and facilities are in great shape (helps when the hotel is relatively new)
Khao Lak Seaview Resort and Spa welcomes many families, particularly from Scandanavia and Germany. The pools are crystal clear with an unusual elevated (non-heated) jacuzzi pool. It has an excellent family atmosphere.
My room was meticulously clean with lots of nice amneities - shower and oversize, deep tub. Inexpensive lunch specials were available at the beach restaurant, while the morning breakfast buffet, included in the room price, was excellent.
The lobby staff was extremely friendly and helpful and all shops and services in Khao Lak were an easy 5 minute walk away.
While the beaches offer great walking, there is little or no coral off shore to allow for snorkeling to see tropical fish. I would stay here again.
Our entire experience at JW Marriott was amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much to ask.
Rooms are lovely. Beds super comfy. Food was outstanding. Resort facilities fantastic.
The hotel was wonderful and the staff were lovely. There was only one other couple staying as it was the low season so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The hotel's restaurant "Ingfah" was excellent and even though it was not the cheapest option in the area we went three times during our stay. The room we were in was lovely and kept very clean during our stay. We would also highly recommend a trip to Stella De Silva which is owned by the resort where you can do an array of activities and enjoy massages, all with free transfers. Whilst there were a few minor incidences during our stay they were quickly rectified and I am more than happy to deal with this when the staff were so nice and accomodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other couples however it would not be suited so much for families.

This hotel was lovely the grounds & pool area especially so. The rooms were really big as was bathroom & cleaned beautifully every day. Wifi was excellent No problem with connection at all. We would reccomend this hotel
