Expedia has known about our hotel renovation since March, so they should have passed the information on to concerning the renovations. We have been offering any guest that comes and is unhappy with the construction the opportunity to choose another hotel. We have done our best to make sure our guests are notified with the information so they may choose to come or book with us on another day. We do hope that you enjoyed your newly renovated room and will try us again once the project is complete.

We can understand your frustration concerning the renovations going on. It is the final stage, and yes that unfortunately means our public areas and breakfast. We have listed our renovations on all websites, Hilton and all 3rd party sites like this one so that our guests can decide to visit now or wait. The staff has no choice in if we are open or not, they are doing their best in a difficult situation, but reviews like this hurts them. We wish you well in all your future travels.

We understand it was a bit shocking in the lobby area, but the rooms upstairs are wonderful, and we are excited to have the whole project completed to share with all of our loyal guests. We can understand your frustration concerning our renovation, it can be louder than normal with dust everywhere. We did discount our normal summer rates to make up for the inconvenience a bit. This is the last of the work to be done, unfortunately, it is the main lobby and breakfast areas. When it is complete this fall, it will be amazing. We hope that you will come back and try us again. This is all being done to better the experience for all our loyal guests.

We feel your frustration concerning our renovation and the inconvenience it can cause our guests. We have listed our hotel being under renovation with all our travel partners since the project began in March, This way, our guests can decide for themselves whether to visit us now or come after. We apologize if you were not notified by your booking company. We have been pet- friendly since April 2022 and also list on all our sites that we have a pet fee. On a positive note, you were able to stay in one of our renovated rooms while staying with us and experience the fresh, updated, all new furniture, linen, etc while staying with us. We welcome you to come stay with us again once the project is completed later this fall.

We apologize for your inconvenience, but we have listed our renovations with all our travel partner sites since the project began in March. We are in the final stages of the renovation, which happens to be the public areas, our front desk area, and the breakfast room. Our front desk staff has done everything in their power to let the guests know that we truly understand that they may not want to stay with us during this time. A lot of what is going on, is out of their control.We are pleased that you enjoyed staying in one of our completed renovated rooms, with all new everything in it. We hope that you will come back once the project is completed, we believe that you will enjoy the new and updated lobby and breakfast area.
