It works !!

The former Sheraton Hotel, it still preserves the charm and functionality. The staff responsiveness was excellent. Location great for Perth CBD. Hard to beat.

I never ever will go and stay there again at the hotel Tried to charge me $103 to wash a few shirts on arrival they stuffed my booking

Cons: As a tall person the short and crammed shower space in the bath was very uncomfortable.
Valet staff were awesome, front counter staff were mostly friendly, had one that was not in particular friendly and did not have a personality that fits the front counter of such a grand hotel.

Cons: A note indicating fresh , Milk is available would be useful.
The room was spacious and had plenty of towels. I did not find any milk in my fridge when I arrived and it would have been nice not to wait for this to be available. When it arrived it was hut milk which I find difficult to drink.

Dirty hotel, extremely poor service

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm on Easter Sunday. Check-in went smoothly and we went up to our Deluxe King room. The room was old and tired, with a half sized bath and a separate shower. The decor in the bathroom and the room are in desperate need of a refurb. The "mini-bar" was extremely poorly stocked with only two beers, some soft drinks and a lot of water. We rang down and ordered six beers to be brought up. They arrived, still in their cardboard box, not in a nice ice bucket as you may expect of a "high class hotel". We then ordered dinner for two, which arrived, with only one glass of water. No Foxtel channels on the television. Their seemed to be a party going on in the room next door until the early hours. We prepaid the buffet breakfast, which was average. Self service, including the tea and coffee. Check out went smoothly, although subsequently the hotel charged the credit card for the room, which we had paid via Expedia. My advice to fellow travellers is to avoid this hotel... it is two or three star at best, at five star prices.

The Builders were in

Pros: The hotel was luxurious, staff very pleasant. Sheets on the bed were changed daily. Computer access excellent
Cons: Apart from the builders and sound proofing not much needs improving.
Location: Hotel in easy walking distance of the city and river. Transport very close by as is the concert hall.
Unfortunately on arrival we were told builders would be in the building. At no time before our visit were we notified that this would be happening. We were not effected until several days after our arrival. It was imposssible to stay in your room after they started work, although they did finish each day before 6o'clock, this did not help if you wanted to use your room before then. We were offered another room, but as we only had a couple of days left couldn't be bothered to pack and then unpack. The other problem we encountered was that when someone had a shower the noise was amazingly loud, you didn't need an alarm clock, but then again we didn't want waking at 6.15 in the morning!!

Pros: Comfort , location, & overall attitude & courtesy of staff.
Cons: Bathroom Cleanliness
Location: close to transport which takes you anywhere,& ferry terminal
Hotel amenities were of high standard, rooms very comfortable, within easy reach of eateries & ferry jetty transport etc. Only complaint, bathroom cleanliness could have been better.

Pros: Location
Great Check in ,easy walk to the city and restaurants. Friendly staff. No waiting for Taxis. Didn't upgrade to the Executive lounge but there are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance.
