Pros: Beautiful, luxurious, very clean and fantastic staff.
Cons: no
Location: Great location, easy to access shopping. A nice feature is a coffee machine available to guests in the restaurant area.
The Pan Pacific was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it, whether you are travelling for pleasure or business. The staff were wonderful, room service was excellent, and I was looked after very well. An enjoyable time that I will be repeating again!

It is not as good as my expectation. The room was a Standard room with two double beds. City view, no belcony. Also I have tried the food in hotel breakfast and dinner, all normal, no surprising. But staffs are all nice friendly. wifi in the room not for free. Free wifi regin only in the lobby.

Pros: Close to attractions
Cons: Decor, very dated, breakfast $38 buffet too expensive
Location: Shopping, zoo, clock tower, Langley Park
Buffet breakfast overpriced - $38 - go to a cafe close by Very comfy beds Dated decor and bathroom - however is being refurbished 2015 Friendly staff Close to walk to shops, ferry, zoo, park, clock tower etc

Arrived early before midday offered upgrade for small extra cost perfect refurbished room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and avoided the wifi charge by joining there loyalty rewards prior to staying.

Excellent and friendly staff.stayed in king suite with great view across river.had club access so drinks and nibbes with staff that wdre great to chat with.excellent service.one of the best hotels in perth

The former Sheraton Hotel, it still preserves the charm and functionality. The staff responsiveness was excellent. Location great for Perth CBD. Hard to beat.

Cons: As a tall person the short and crammed shower space in the bath was very uncomfortable.
Valet staff were awesome, front counter staff were mostly friendly, had one that was not in particular friendly and did not have a personality that fits the front counter of such a grand hotel.
