Conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Perth, the property is quite rundown and in need of upgrading. That said, it was quiet and comfortable, and walkable to local shops, bars, and food outlets.

Love staying here. Convenient location, nice rooms with deep spas and the pool area is fab. You do need to take your own skim milk though, if that is your thing.

It was my second time staying here and again the service from check in to check out was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when needing somewhere close to the city.

The hotel was well appointed. The staff were great. Even though it is in a residential area there were coffee shops, a grocery store and other shops just 4 blocks away. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Air conditioner control did not work! Could not adjust temperature and my room was way too cold. When it was turned off by staff it would not turn back on. Shower Curtin did not stop water from escaping the shower cove and every time I showered the entire bathroom got flooded and had to use bath towels to dry the floor. Overall nice property but disappointing stay.

Outdated. Not a resort. Over priced. And rules are very strict. Miss communications between booking platforms and the hotel *its not a resort & spa * is due to spas baths *old style* are in the rooms.* pool is tiny compaired to pics. 1 restaurant. B/breakfast isnt worth the $ . Bar drinks completely over priced.

Good stopover!
Really quiet and relaxing. Aircon was really noisy so we had to turn it off so we could sleep. Jet tub was amazing - really made the stay feel luxurious. Breakfast buffet was really nice! We are good members but weren’t offered the vip upgrade and also didn’t receive our free bottle of wine.

We have stayed here many times and it's usually always very lovely. Restaurant food was great and we received our free bottle of wine :) Our studio room this time though had sticky wine or coffee splashed all over one of the doors (a lot) which we reported. We were told it would be cleaned but it wasn't. There were hairs in the bath. We struggled placing a room service over the phone as the member of staff just wasn't listening and seemed distracted. A different day we were awoken very early with knocking on the door, where a staff member had got the wrong room for breakfast in bed. Just a few small things, but unusual for this place.

Whilst our dinner was good it was very expensive Staff were always helpful. Had 2 hot chocolates at breakfast while dining neither were hot and received 1 in a takeaway cup and 1 in a glass . Doors to rooms sometimes failed to close securely if left unattended and no usb ports .
