Close to football/city

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: Great location, close to the city and walking distance to football.
Cons: Let people know that stay in that room about the lift noise
We have stayed here twice this year, its a great hotel. Although this time we were situated right next to the lift so we could hear the lifts going up and down for half of the night, so that was a bit annoying.

Overnight stay in Perth.

Posted 13-Jul-2015
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful; hotel clean and room excellent!
Cons: Car Parking!
Location: Near the city centre - plenty to do!
Overnight in Perth - excellent hotel close to the city centre and all the amenities. The hotel turned out to be excellent in every way - from the moment we checked in at reception, we couldn't fault a thing. We shall definitely stay there again and without any hesitation, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great hotel, right in the city centre

Posted 10-Jun-2015
Pros: The location is perfect, the staff are great and the rooms are faultless.
Location: Great for Perth Arena or anything located within the CBD.
Have stayed here a few times now and will be staying again. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless and well appointed. We have been upgraded on more than one occasion, which was an unexpected bonus, and for this stay we were allowed to check-in very early - 12pm - and every effort was made to have the room ready for us.

not great

Posted 28-May-2015
Pros: not a lot
Cons: room service
Location: near arena
The hotel is a little tired looking, and located on the edge of the city so not as convenient as I'd hoped. The worst thing is the room service - which comes in takeaway containers and paper bags.

Pros: Away from the nightlife of Perth city.
Cons: Double glazing to East facing rooms to help block out noise from the reception centre below.
Location: Perth Arena right across the road, free Yellow cat bus, Walk up to the Barrack arches, Kings park closeby, trainstation 3 blocks walk.
This hotel is across from the Perth Arena, which could be helpful if seeing a concert. We had caught a train to Perth and walked the 3 blocks west on Wellington st from the station. The free Yellow Cat bus does run past the hotel. The foyer is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Warning. there is a $100 credit card fee for incidentals and takes 7 days to be refunded. We were upgraded. The room looked over the swimming pool and reception rooms below.. As mentioned to staff, there is ALOT of noise coming up from any event in the reception rooms below. The microphone was way too loud and the sounds drifted up.Not at all peaceful and not restful. Double glazing to all the rooms facing the pool would help curb some of the noise. Perhaps ask for a room facing the West side to eliminate noise. The shower was huge and clean. Plenty of Hot water. The toilet/shower area is a bit weird. A glass door separates shower and toilet from bedroom and basin. This glass door is almost see through and gap on either side of the door is large enough to see through. If using the room this can be awkward. The fridge and kettle are found in the cupboard under the tv. Expensive movies $16.95 each. We had a KS bed, which was ok. Breakfast was amazing. In our deal. Parking: both CP and Wilson have deals with the hotel which the hotel didnt want to tell us about. We found a carpark just around the corner has 24 hr spaces if we needed it. Would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Pros:
