“great value”

Great value, great loaction, room was clean, bathroom could do with an update, but for teh price it is great value.

“A little ordinary. However, reasonably cheap”

Parking arrangements are not the best. Particularly if you have to park at the back of the hotel. Hotel staff should advise guests that luggage is not easy to carry from the rear parking to the room. Hence luggage should first be off loaded in front of the hotel in a street parking (if available),

Area recommendations
West Perth or Central Perth. East Perth is not as buzzing.

“will definatley stay again free bus at door walking distance to subiaco bar ndining in great”

only one negative thing and its no big deal no shampoo n conditioner n i forgot mine i absolutely loved my stay wish it were longer free bus at front door to mall shopping walking distance to subiaco

“3 beds for a couple”

Very unhappy with the provision of a room with 3 beds for a married couple. Room was not cleaned properly and provision of towels was minimal. TV was hard to use and poor picture.

“Perth hotel”

Ok hotel. Area is pretty quiet. Not many restaurants around. The airport shuttle dropped me off at the other Comfort Hotel which looked much nicer and I was sad to have to switch to it as my stay was already paid for. The rooms were clean and basic. I'd stay at the other Comfort Hotel before coming back to this one.
