Thanks for the constructive feedback Mark, we had our maintenance officer inspect the apartment, there doesn't appear to be any loose bits and pieces and we've not received noise complaints regarding that room in the past. That being said we'll make a note and next time you stay we'll assign one of the apartments that we feel are suited to light sleepers.

Thanks for the genuinely helpful feedback there Emma. We have had our maintenance technicians check both the split systems in your apartment and they appear to be good working order - easily getting the apartment to a cool 22 degrees, perhaps you were selecting the wrong settings? Whilst a pool would be great, we do have a Spa near the gym that does a decent job of cooling down. Thanks again for the feedback, hope to host you again in future.
