Posted 25-Oct-2014
Pros: staff and rooms
Cons: better signage for access
Location: right next to and facing the convention center
reception staff were excellent they were very happy and helpful, rooms were very nice, only problem the hotel is a bit hard to find. I had to ring reception for directions .

Great location. Rooms not bad but for the money I paid per night they definitely could have been cleaner. I had to look under things for my missing phone and the rubbish and dust under the bed and couch was yuck. The bathroom floor was stained. The service at the front counter was fantastic.

Close to Convention Centre

Posted 26-Aug-2014
Pros: The location, very quiet.
Cons: A bit of maintenance to brighten a well used feeling in places.
Location: Great location in easy walk of Perth Convention Centre, railway stations, and the city.
We stayed here for three nights while attending a conference at the Perth Convention Centre. The location was fabulous. Only a 100 meter walk from accomodation to conference, and we were provided with umbrellas to keep dry when it was raining. (When driving), It is really difficult to get to, as there are virtually no signs to guide you through the works area. The driveway is concealed and difficult to enter. Parking cost is extremely expensive. The restaurant is ok, but tends to be overrun by yuppies at night. Internet connection is an out of touch hourly rate that no one can justify these days, especially when the tariff is not cheap. The room was very comfortable, but poorly serviced each day. The room we had facing the PCC was very quiet. Overall, a good place to stay with friendly helpful staff and good location.

Disabled facilities

Posted 22-Aug-2014
Pros: Staff very helpful, room was large
Cons: The shower door, automatic closing curtains, plates on lower shelves. Borrow a wheelchair and see how you would manage
Location: In the heart of town so lots of things to do
As I am in a wheelchair I booked the disabled room had a lot of good points - space under basin in kitchen and bathroom. Large bathroom. Things that could be improved 1 all plates in overhead cupboards- impossible to reach while sitting down. 2 not enough space between end of bed and wall together to curtains to close at night 3 the glass doors on the shower opened out wards - so unable to close doors when in the shower as wheelchair in the way I find a lot of hotels assume you will have partner/ carer with them who could help with above problems - but I like my indendence so travel alone.

Very handy to city centre

Posted 16-Aug-2014
Pros: Very handy to city centre and easy access ie overbridge rather than dealing with traffic and lights etc
Cons: The airconditioning seemed only to be on too warm, had to sleep with the door onto the verandah open all night.
It was very short, one night but everything was most satisfactory except for the airconditioning - see below.

Clean, modern hotel in Perth CBD

Posted 26-Jul-2014
Pros: Location, clean, modern, furnished apartment.
Cons: Pretty okay overall.
Location: Walking distance to the shops and cafes of Hay St Mall and St George's Terrace. Even if not, just hop on to the available CAT lines to save walking.
Excellent location and affordable. At the heart of Perth CBD, near to bus depot and train station, plus within walking distance to central shopping/cafe district, it's very convenient. Hotel location offers easy hop-ons to the available free CAT lines. Apartment rooms are furnished from cutlery to crockery, with nice spacious bathroom (bathtub inclusive) facilities.

Fantastic service

We stayed for 5 days in a one bedroom apartment. Was very happy with the set out. Full kitchen and Bathroom has a washing machine and dryer...beds are very comfortable. We also had a small balcony. Great as my husband is a smoker. It is close to all the transport ...bus terminal and train station is within walking distance. The ferry serves to all the attractions is only 5 minutes walk . Woolworths is only 2 streets away too.

Good Food and Wine show

Posted 15-Jul-2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Cheaper car parking per day. I think that should be included in the price
Location: shopping . take the ferry to South Perth (Zoo) trade events at Perth Convention centre or if you have a wedding there. Great place to stay .
As an Exhibitor for the Good Food and wine show 2014, This was the perfect location and hotel for this event. Having an studio apartment has everything you need with kitchen and washing machine and dryer. We were comfortable with a reverse cycle air conditioner for cool or if you need the heat on. A balcony outside to watch and see the rich and famous up in their penthouse suites near Kings Park.
