“Could be better”

the hotel is an antique and has great architechture however, the beds were rubbish. The staff very friendly and attentative. Resturant was great too. Over all the stay was nice just couldn't sleep well due to lumpy bed.

“Would stay here again”

Lovely, well appointed room, pleasant and helpful staff, great food - my own porridge just isn't the same! Good location - close to railway station. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely a charming place. The park nearby is wonderful and the room furniture are old-style but nice perfectly effective. Dining in the conservatory has been really relaxing. In our room we could even find in a fm radio device with a docking to recharge our iPhones and iPods. What we didn't particularly like: the reception is sometimes unattended. Food quality isn't bad, the list on the menu is not too rich (with some good risotto available, though), but it can't be compared not a real restaurant.
