“A Delight On The Dunkeld Road”

This hotel was conveniently situated for anyone travelling to or from Inverness via Perth. It is bright,clean,efficient and friendly. It offers a great deal more than its competitors in the same price range. A very welcome place to rest and refresh after a hard day's driving. I shall most certainly stay there again.

Area recommendations
I only stayed overnight and although I saw a great deal of Perth I did not get to know it well enough to recommend a particular area.

“Bad room”

Leaking bathroom, coming from either the toilet or shower. The pillow case was stained and the room smelt. The bed was very uncomfortable. Couldn't even get to the breakfast in the morning. My daughter and I were the only females there.

“Peth Outskirts - convenient if just passing through”

Although a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Tthe hotel was fully booked so a room change was not possible for the 1-night stay. However, the front desk responded instantly by offering an air purifier that was brought to the room almost faster than we could get there from the front desk. That quick action made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to get to from the main freeway , although getting to the hotel parking was a little confusing (go direction restaurant and wrap around to the front of the hotel). It was 10-min to a more 'downtown' feeling area with active night life and 2 large hypermarkets within 5 min (Tesco, ASDA).

very clean rooms, perfect breakfast. Almost all you can get for a overnight break in your scothland road trip
