i was a little upset bc my ceiling was covered in mildew or mold & then the bathroom had a lot of broken things like the toilet seat & the towel rack etc … i’ve stayed here before & it was fine but the mold was a no from me bc i have severe asthma ..

The room itself was clean and ok even though it was a dark and somewhat depressing. However the room ceiling was stained and cracked. The shower ceiling had a big hole in it with insulation hanging down. Also thw shower curtain had mold all along the bottom of it. Plus there was very little hot water

The room was clean and looked newly redecorated. But there was a lot to be desired in the amenities. There was only 1 soap for the sink and tub (in different areas). Also there was no signal to the TV so we could not watch. The office area was not open to go into I had to check in and out of at the overnight window. This may be because covid but it was a little disappointing. We only spent one night so I didn't complain to the office but it was a little disappointing.

I am very sorry to hear there was an issue with housekeeping services. We make sure each of our guests are taken care of. Stay over rooms are scheduled for cleaning daily unless service is denied by guest or do not disturb is on the door. Liked the beds, they were vey comfortable. Dislike the bathroom. Even through the room and bathroom had been somewhat remodeled the ceiling over the shower had a large part peeling off.

Very clean and staff friendly but morning clerk was always asleep. The shower heads are too low. When they remodeled they should have spent the money and raised them. Need more selections at breakfast.

I was working during your stay unfortunately we had employees who could not make to work due to a family emergency, and we where very busy both days. I had to attend the front desk and do laundry, and I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause.

I am very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. All of our rooms have phones, however if anything is missing we are more that happy to make it right for our guest. We try to offer the best rates for our guest unfortunately that creates a problem when trying to add additional accommodations such as coffee pots, we are currently working on a price point to add coffee pots in the rooms. All of our rooms have new mattresses that went in last after our renovation was complete, and we have recieved consistent feed back that our beds are the most comfortable beds many of our guest have ever slept on in any hotel, however everyone is different that is why there are so many options on types of beds sold unfortunately we can only choose what would be the best for the majority. Our rooms consist of triple sheet set up our franchise are the ones who have selected this option in the middle of sheets is a blanket. If needed we are more than happy to provide additional blankets at any time. This blanket option has overall became the standard in majority of the economy hotels as cost to wash and replace is high.

We stayed here on a business trip, as vendors for an event at the fairgrounds. Management was really friendly and helped us with a couple special requests. The room was clean and look like the hotel was remodeled in the past couple of years. For the money this is a great budget hotel.

I had been driving for 2 days heading south on vacation. My back has been hurting from the trip and sleeping in another hot 4 days before. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were amazing. Nice staff as well.

Room 205 door needs something added to the bottom of it. There's about an inch Gap at the bottom, looks like something can crawl in the room. We placed 2 pillows against the door at night. Other than that, everything else was ok.

All of our doors are new and came with a pre-fitted weather strip underneath. However I will personally be checking that door and if we need to install a wider weather strip I will make sure that is fixed right away. Thank you

Hello Victor I am truly sorry for the experience you had during your stay with us. We try to make sure our guest have a wonderful stay with us, we have recently renovated and upgraded our rooms . I will defentliey look into providing in room coffee for our guest we are always looking for ways to improve guest experience! We do provide a continental breakfast from 6am-9pm and do restock it every 10 mintues or sooner if needed. However if a rush of people come threw it may take us a few extra minutes and I do apologize for any delays that may have occured

If you like bugs...
I often stay at America's Best Value when I am on the road and only need a place to stay for a few hours of sleep. This facility in Perry, GA was not new, the rooms were clean but there were bugs all over the bath and vanity floors. In the morning, cockroaches had joined the small beetle bugs. I got dressed, brushed my teeth and exited quickly, didn't bother to shower. I would look for somewhere else to stay if you happen to visit Perry.

Not worth it
Short stay at night traveling north, an even for the 6 hours that we stayed I dont think it was worth it. Smelly room, dirty carpet that you cannot walk bare foot and not in a good shape overall. It worked for a hot shower and some sleep. Although he explained it as a change in management and not having permits yet, it is advertised as having free breakfast. When we asked, no breakfast. I don't think is worth it. Other places really close, would have been cleaner and included breakfast, for basically the same price. Too bad we chose this one.

When we arrived at the knight's inn, we was told there were no rooms available even though we had reservations through expedia. We were told expedia was setting up the reservations and the hotel was not connected with expedia. There we people coming in the door at a good rate with reservations, and all being turned away. We also left, and drove on up the road, to find a roadside rest area to try sleeping in our vehicles. So pretty much I would say this experience was a total bust.

I have been a guest at this hotel in the past, however I was very disappointed with my stay this time. The room was filthy, I could not shut off the hot water in the bathtub, as the faucet needed repair. There were no towels in my room, and there was a handprint on the wall made of someone's bowel movement. I will never stay here again. I spoke with management, and they refused to make it right. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its dirty.
