What I didn't like most about this property was the staff member I interacted with. I am not an English native speaker and I know my English pronunciation is far from perfect. However, this is the first time in my life someone told me that I should seek for speech therapy when I did not spell the letters of my name the way they are familiar with. When my partner came down to ask for the battery for the alarm clock in the room which was not working since the battery was dead, that staff again told him they did not have battery available. There was no bottled water in the room so I came down again to see if they have complementary bottled water for guests, the same staff told me they did not have complementary bottled water available any more but I am more than welcome to buy from the vending machine near by. Never at one time during all those interactions did she smile at me or my partner and make us feel welcome there. I also did not like this place since it is located near a railway path and the train passing by made very loud noise. The room looked like rooms of extremely cheap hotels with poorly done patches on the wall. The toilet kept flushing after each use and only my partner could temparily fix it. The continental breakfast did not have much to choose from either compared to other continental breakfast in other hotels of the similar price ranges I have stayed.
